A cable, flat-screen TV is included in each room at Drury Inn and Suites Austin North. We left Houston because power was out due to Beryl. All the hotels in Houston were all booked. We decided to go to Austin since the 2 hotels we previously tried to book cancelled at the last minute. We have not been to Austin before, we were tired and anxious that the hotel would be full. Also, we tried buying a generator but it was out of stock everywhere. It was our first hurricane experience..So we decided to travel to Austin. We were so happy and relieved that there was room for us and that the people (the staff and the folks in general) were warm, welcoming and friendly! The room was amazing, it was bigger than any of the hotels we've ever been! The wifi was strong and they had blessed AC! They offer free bfast which was very filling, laundry for guests, gym and pool as well. Parking was free and plenty but kinda tight fit. We wont hesitate to go back!

Pear Tree Inn serves beer, wine and soda in the lobby every evening as well as popcorn and soft drinks throughout the day. I have to say the stay with my family at Pear Tree Inn was absolutely amazing. The staff was great They greeted you as soon as you entered. The service to get checked in quickly was great. The greeter provided a lot of extra information letting us know some cool stuff the hotel did at certain times. One was letting us know that for adults 21 and over there was a kick back hour from 5-7 during this time adults can have a limit of three complimentary drinks whine or beer till 7 also a complimentary snack bar with chips, pretzels, salsa, popcorn, nacho cheese, jalapenos. There was also a fountain machine with soda, a coffee bar that was complimentary and was open till 9pm. That was awesome! The best of all was breakfast I love breakfast so when I looked for a hotel I looked for something with good reviews on their complimentary breakfast. It was buffet style with eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, and a juice machine with apple and orange juice. The pool was nice a bit too much chlorine the day we went but it was still nice to swim especially with the hot humid weather. Also the front seat brought our room items we needed very quickly when we called and it took less than five minutes. Great job Pear Tree Inn. Keep up the great work

Inside style is kind of vintage which is my favorite!
