Several TV channels to choose from, beds are comfortable, and several nice amenities are available. The room also had a fridge, and a full equipped kitchenette in case we needed to cook meals for us or our children. The indoor pool is the star with a great view to the West Lake and with the perfect temperature. The breakfast is also great, a lot to choose from and quality ingredients. The outdoor space outside the hotel is very nice with a lake and a nice playground for the kids. Finally, the location is great, near many nice restaurants and near a small nice Vietnamese neighborhood where we can watch the locals do exercise and spend time with their kids. Really nice vibes. From now on, this will be my choice to stay everytime I need to stay a few nights in Hanoi.
