I recommend elderly or people who are not that fit to inform tour guide beforehand and not do the trekking as some are really challenging and not suitable for elderly. Fret not, the tour guide would be able to make alternative arrangement for you to wait for the rest of the group if you do not trek. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the traditional Hmong house is a beautiful and unique experience. Zizi is an excellent cook, and her meals were some of the best we had during our entire trip to Vietnam. But what really sets Zizi Homestay apart is the hospitality of the family. They are warm, welcoming, and truly care about their guests. My children were immediately drawn to Zizi's daughter, and they spent hours playing together. Even Zizi's husband joined in on the fun, teaching my son how to play traditional Hmong games. It was such a joy to see my children having so much fun with their family.
