I think Anna is such an incredible manager who literally takes feedback to heart and acts to improve things. The property itself is a bit older than the photos show. Since the manager recently acquired it, changes are underway to improve. For example, there wasn’t enough bikes but after expressing my disappointment, Anna arranged to have more available. So please try to resolve any problems with the manager first instead of just leaving a negative review. It doesn’t help anyone. Also, I like how quiet the area is and the view was calming. The kitchen is available for those who want to cook their own food. I did not use it, but I liked that option. Additionally, the internet connection is also pretty good! I am really happy I stayed here and would gladly be back on my next visit to Hoi An! I miss Anna’s cooking and her spontaneous dinner or lunch invitations, so I must come back for this!

Breakfast is quite a unique and great experience: it’s served ala carta but every guest fills online form the day before, and breakfast is the best one we had in entire Vietnam, consists of starter, salad, main (European or Vietnamese) and desert with coffee and fresh squeezed juices, it is delicious and simply put: the best. The staff is just a cherry on top: helpful and kind, made stay as comfortable as possible even with our middle in the night arrival.

Amazing amenities and breakfast buffet was a huge plus - one of the best buffet selections ever! Rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful views of the ocean and the resort. The soundproof was amazing you couldn’t hear a thing outside.

She can recommend good places to visit around and restaurants. The 2 dogs in the homestay are also very friendly hahaha. Even though I got a room on the first floor, the door is soundproof so I can sleep comfortably.
