Good communication from the owners after I made the booking. We both loved the tranquility of the place. As a sponsor of one of the rescued bears they arranged for us to help put the food out for our sponsor bear Max and then watch as he searched for his food.

It was hands down the best stay we had in Armenia! The terrace facing a gorgeous mountain where we spent a pleasant evening. An infinity pool perfect for refreshing after a hot day, also great for instagram pictures 😀 And the host is so welcoming, even invited us to join for a sauna evening, we're not big fans of sauna, but they seemed to be having a fun time. Alsp, the breakfast was amazing, plentiful, unfortunately we didn't know there was a family restaurant and we were full, so didn't try the diner menu, but deciding from the breakfast, it should have been amazing. Thank you for a great time! ❤️ Stay there and you will have the best time of your trip!

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, they even took me to the nearby Dvin ruins at no extra fee. The house is modern and clean, wifi works perfectly fine. The breakfast was delicious! Definitely recommended.

The house was newly renovated, beautiful, modern, clean, had everything you need for a nice family or friend gathering with plenty of space. The hosts were very friendly and kind !
