The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

We stayed for one night in June and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The kids club was fantastic, with a big outdoor playground and plenty of fun activities to keep children entertained and happy. The swimming pool was clean and great for families, and the whole hotel was tidy and well looked after. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway!

    The apartments had everything we needed, close to lift and grocery store. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa area were very nice and comfortable. The food from the restaurant was delicious. They staff was very friendly.
