Lovely old hotel but what really made it “grand” was the staff. It is very well staffed so that there was ALWAYS someone to meet any need. Whether in the dining room or attending to our room, they could not do enough for us! And the breakfast was amazing!

I absolutely love this hotel and everything about it. It’s the hotel with the soul and the addition to details there is amazing. The room that we got had a beautiful garden view. We received some treats on our welcome which was very kind. The rooms are very clean, lovely decorated and are equipped with suite pads where you can find all the information about the hotel, book your meal or a spa treatment. Staff members was very friendly and helpful and food was exceptional. Overall we very much enjoyed our short stay in this charming hotel and 100% we will visit it again.

A really great place to stay. The staff was amazing. The front desk people helped me with alot of logistics for my travels, they were so patient and supportive, I wish every hotel were like that! The pool is nice, if weather allows. Location is great, fifteen minutes to the port. The rooms facing the back are quieter.

    Hotel was good, especially the swimming pool area.staff were nice. Breakfast buffet was ok ish, as it was a buffet obviously the food was cold. But there was a choice of continental if you wanted. Bds were very comfortable,and plenty of drawers and hanging space.

    The facilities at this hotel were fantastic with large indoor and outdoor swimming pools and waterslides. The pool and pool areas were very clean. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, really friendly and welcoming. They all went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want. Rooms are comfortable and the whole hotel is beautiful, we had a great stay and can’t wait to go back!

    We travelled with our kids and had a great time. Aquadome offers indoor and outdoor connected pools, one big slide, small slides and steam/sauna rooms. Evening entertainment is good too. Breakfast is standard English and was a good spread - however I may want some more variety added to it. Kids enjoyed enjoyed thoroughly. Staff is great and very warm. Will defo go back again.

    Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The main areas such as the bar, reception, star room , restaurant are lovely also! Good entertainment and a great swimming pool indoor and out. Excellent food - great variety at breakfast with super service!
