We stayed at the hotel for a few days, and overall, our experience was positive. The place was clean, the rooms were tidy, and the beds were very comfortable, which ensured a good rest. The free parking was a big plus, as we didn’t have to worry about the car. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The air conditioner in the room didn't maintain the heat properly, and it was a bit chilly, so we had to use an extra blanket. It would be great if the heating or air conditioning system could be upgraded. As for the breakfast, it was quite simple and repetitive. It would be nice if the variety were expanded, offering more options. Overall, the hotel is good, but there are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance guest comfort.

Customer service does exist. If you want to experience it, stay at this hotel. The staff makes the visit phenomenal. The room is clean and everything functioned. It was a comfortable stay in a great area with a lot of things to do.

    My son moved to Addison, so I travel here alot . This was my 1st time staying at this location. I'm a Manager of a Major Corporation, so I am one to pay attention to detail.This property was amazing an for the rates I extended a night making it 4 nights debated on the 5th😃 My kids loved the pool . I really enjoyed the Lighting & Cabana 🥰 Found my New spot when. I come to Addison. Last but not least, the Staff was amazing.I would hire every one that works for this establishment. Well done, LaQuinta Dallas-Addison.

    The breakfast had good variety. The pool wasn’t busy. One staff member in the front was really friendly and accommodating. The cooking tools and pots were perfect for the stay.
