The staff was super friendly, we were a group of 10, including 4 children. We have the best time, the food was amazing, the day trips, basically all really good. We want to point out Marcus, he was our waiter for the 3 days and was amazing, super friendly with the kids. Super recomended.

As a solo traveler, I was a little nervous about joining a cruise, but Calista made me feel completely at home. The ship is beautiful – brand new with elegant decor and open spaces that invite you to relax. I loved having a glass of wine on the deck while watching the sunset over the bay. It was peaceful and awe-inspiring. The staff treated everyone like family – shoutout to Trang for making sure I had everything I needed. The food was incredible, especially the lemongrass grilled shrimp and mango sticky rice. I also joined the cooking class and met some great people. It was a serene and enriching experience – highly recommend to fellow solo travelers!

Big open spaces with plenty of room. Sometimes businesses try and get as many patrons as possible but not Doria! Our room was huge with a private deck to relax on. We were looked after by Tracy and she was fantastic! She is very lovely and always available when we needed help. 10/10 service, if you happen to have Tracy as your server consider yourself very lucky! :)

The cruise is close to brand new. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

The 2-day, 1-night trip on Venus exceeded our expectations. Spacious cabins, private balconies overlooking the beautiful bay — it was perfect. Attentive and sincere staff, and a little surprise from the cruise manager made our anniversary extra special. Fresh lunch, a‑la‑carte dinner, fine dining. Kayaking between limestone cliffs and visiting caves the next morning was memorable.
