How can you just describe in few words when you found your SOUL PLACE? This place is just amazing, beautiful beduin suite with full privacy and absolutely georgous view. But what is making this place different than any other places are people..staff. The atmoshere they were able to create is incredible. You literally feel like you are at home with your own family and friends. I feel I have to mention all of them who made our staying so great that we will be definitely back with our kids. It all starts with Mr. Tom, GM, who welcome you personally immediately after you step into the building. Our staying was whole time surrounded by Mr. Soshan, funny, nice and highly professional front desk magician who always answered all off our questions. Also Mr. Michael who is your guide through all the activities in the desert has high knowledges about everything around you. Last not least is the restaurant and everybody who works there. Everything in the kitchen is under the control of THE CHEF Mr. Piotr. Beginning the huge variety of the breakfast through the whole until the late hours he will the ANYTHING to make you and your family happy. We had a great chicken terrine with truffle sauce and the best beef wagyu carpaccio we ever ate (even the one in Tokyo was not better). And waiters and their manager made us feel like we are the only and the most important guests in whole resort. I jave the Gluteb intollerance and they really did a hard job to make me feel that I have the same options as others. The manager Mr.Prokash and his team were so nice and naturally helpful . We never expirienced that before. Mr. Remy was always coming and just asking how we are doing. Mr. Anjal, Mr. Dushan, Mr. Jorl and Mrs. Swarnali knew our names and what ate last timr and offered always something what would might be similar style as we liked before. They even stay longer than regular opening hours of the restaurant jist zi let us finish our drinks..

I really like the camel riding, star gazing and the night performance. There are so many activities starting in the afternoon. Walid and Marwan are the guides of me in the camp. They always walking around and they are so friendly and helpful. Also, Mohammed the falcon carer can help you to take photo with his falcon. And he is an gifted artist. His photos are great

Staff were in incredible. Especially Ahmed. They are very deligent. May was also excellent and all bar staff generally. Staff that cleaned the room were super nice also

All beyond expectations for a desert retreat, and buggy ride is a once in a lifetime experience. Perfect staff and services that recommended us interesting activities the moment we arrive, great breakfast, nice pool area, and stunning view.

The villa is very spacious and cozy place, perfect for a staycation. It is less than an hour away from the city and easily accessible. Everything was just as the images.The host was helpful in terms of fast response and sending clear directions to the property. There is a property manager there on site slightly away from the villa that helped us with our check in which was smooth and straight forward. We were 10 adults and it was perfect for what we were looking for - big common area and sofa to sit together. Definitely a fun and relaxing stay!

I want to give some bonus points to Shaheel, the man from the reception, he was very helpful with everything we needed, direction, helping us with scanning our documents, tourists insights etc. He is very polite and welcoming. 5 stars for his manners.

I was genuinely impressed by this hotel. I received a huge room that felt more like a full apartment – complete with a spacious hall, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large, comfortable bedroom. Everything was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, including all the kitchenware and utensils you might need. The amount of space was amazing, and it made my stay feel very relaxed and comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful – super friendly, welcoming, and kind. Breakfast was another highlight – delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality.

Mr. Surya is a truly excellent hotel receptionist. From the moment we arrived, his warm welcome and efficient service made us feel right at home. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and consistently provides exceptional guest experiences. Rooms are Big and comfortable . Location is not i a busy or traffic area. Can move easily by car only to any place in Dubai.
