It was a unique experience. a very modern feel to the whole experience. The staff Stood out for me. They've been Friendly and extremely welcoming. The service at the restaurant is also exceptional in terms of how the staff interacted with us and the food service was very fast. The facility is still new, clean and has very modern styling. The location - being directly on the walk JBR also adds to the experience. Cove beach, which was available to us as ROVE JBR guests is also a fantastic place to be in. The atmosphere is top and the food we had (sushi) was very good.

The hotel location is absolutely amazing, the views are exquisite, the breakfast delectable, the heated infinity pool on the rooftop & last but not least, the hotel staff are so well trained, accommodating, professional, friendly & hospitable, we felt so welcomed from check in with Luna from Mexico who granted us the most amazing room upgrade to a serviced apartment on the 13th floor, room #1367 simply blew our mind. Prichard from Cameroon & Rodrigo from Argentina were always always super helpful & friendly & always smiling whilst going the extra mile for us...Thanks a lot guys, hope to return to your stunning hotel sometime soon :-)

    We visited Nikki Beach in October for a short getaway. When choosing a hotel, we focused on the location and the beach, and we were absolutely delighted with our choice. The hotel is nestled in the new Pearl Jumeirah area, away from the towering skyscrapers and crowded developments. The surroundings are low-rise and peaceful, creating a sense of seclusion that makes you feel as if you've escaped the bustling city of Dubai. The beach is wide and beautiful, with a stunning shoreline perfect for long, leisurely walks. We loved the hotel's intimate, boutique feel — its compact size, spacious and modern rooms, and sleek design make for a refreshing, contemporary atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the serene ambiance; it was truly a place where you could unwind and disconnect. The pool was fantastic, offering a chance to cool off in chilled water, and the food was delicious and satisfying. The location was also perfect, with easy access to attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall by taxi. We would especially like to highlight the professionalism of the team working at Nikki Beach Hotel. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the receptionists — and particularly the restaurant staff — was incredibly friendly and highly competent. They were great at engaging in small talk, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciated the professionalism of the team at this hotel. The management has done an excellent job selecting the staff. It's clear that the hotel is very well run. We were thoroughly pleased with our stay and are already looking forward to returning to this hotel for our next visit.

    The infinity pool on the 54th floor - amazing) The spa was great, and always empty when we visited, but can't say if it's always like that, since our stay was during Ramadan, which is low season for travel usually. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, always smiling, willing to help with any request. Still not used to being called "sir" and "madam", and the personnel stepping aside constantly just to let you walk by! The breakfast was abundant, with a healthy selection of food from different cultures. At the end of our stay they got us a complimentary cake saying "thank you for staying with us", which was a nice touch) The location in downtown is great for the people looking to go shopping in the Dubai Mall (a tunnel leads there straight from the hotel 1st floor) and for those people who want to travel the city, as downtown is basically in the very middle of Dubai. All in all, an incredible experience for us, nothing else to say!

    All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.

    Dubai is a good and lovely place to visit.

    Dubai is a good and lovely place to visit. The best time is from October to march. May to September is very hot and even though the rates are very low, if the heat bothers you than travel to this beautiful place as mentioned above. Use the day metro pass to travel around, and the best time would be between 10 am and 4pm as before and after these timings the metro is pretty packed with office goers either going or returning from work. Ofcourse after 8pm one can travel easy too. There are lots of tours that one can do within Dubai or day tours from Dubai. The locals as well as the expatriate community are very friendly. The Big Bus or the Hop On Hop Off Bus Tours is a good way of seeing Dubai.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

    Great camp with the BEST staff.

    Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

    A great experience.

    A great experience. Shopping, food, adventures and the culture all amazing. Quad bike riding in the desert and camel riding, finished off with bbq for the night was the highlight. A must do for all visiting Dubai.

    I absolutely loved Dubai!

    I absolutely loved Dubai! Such a beautiful and vibrant city , very organized, clean, and full of amazing things to see and do. There’s always life and energy, both during the day and at night. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of modern attractions, cultural experiences, and great hospitality. My favorite place was Jumeirah and Marina and fav restaurant Zuma (japanese) and Massimo’s (italian). I also enjoyed sipping on some karak tea and paratha at Karak House, with the amazing Burj Khalifa view. The aquarium at Dubai Mall was likewise amazing . It was such a short stay , am planning my next visit asap!
