"My stay at The Lana Hotel in Dubai was amazing in every way! Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

    When I arrived at the facility to check in it was already 11pm. And to make it worse, my credit card did not function because the system of my bank was down the officer on duty Mr Abbas, who is from Uzbekistan did all he can to help us check in , not even frowning . He patiently made up for us a special link that can be clicked to pay online. This was eventually successful and we managed to check in by 12 midnight. I am indebted to Mr Abbas's kindness to help us. Mr Abbas not only bear with me with the payment problem, but once that was resolved..he issued the room keys and personally escorted us up to our rooms. He didn't have to do that. If the Address Downtown Hotel Management is reading this feedback, you have a super valuable personnel in your team and if you want to consider anyone for promotion, please consider Mr Abbas. Me and my family are super indebted to him on how he helped solved our problem.

    There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!

    We loved the boat cruise, entertainment and food and drinks, the desert advanture, sun dune drive, camel rides, and desert quad bikes was really the highlights of our trip. Many other places we visited like Abu Dhabi and seeing the famous Mosque, the emeritus and the royal palace. Our disappoint was the so called barbeque dinner at the off the desert outing that’s so disappointing, was nit fresh and was left overs from other earlier tours we suspected and was really bad. Our group was unable to eat the food. Everything they promised in terms of food and drinks was very disappointing. But besides that everything else we did and food we ate every where else we went was great.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

    Great camp with the BEST staff.

    Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

    Me and my partner Stayed at Millennium marina and the staff couldn't of been more helpful if they tried. Our bags was taken to our room and put neatly in our room. The room was amazing, really spacious really clean and the bed was the best. The only downfall was, we would of loved a balcony. The pool bar area was really clean, good music the towel guy was polite and always let us change our towel when it was to wet. The bar staff always there when needed, they even would come to you and take your order there was oy 2 bar staff for at least 50 guest. Overall our stay was amazing and we will be back again soon.

    You can always find cheaper alternative for everything.

    You can always find cheaper alternative for everything. From clothing, to hotels to food and car rental.. Its really a place with unlimited opportunities. Offseason is hot but if you can handle it some amazing hotels are cheap.
