New and very well finished. More demure than the typical Address sister properties. But equally comfortable and classy. Quiet but hot spots easily reachable by Uber. Close to D3 design destrict. 11 mins from airport. Staff were wonderful. From the bell hops to the front desk via the barmen to the concierge. Miriam on front desk in particular was 5** plus. Went further than most to please. Anthony in breakfast buffet too. Room really comfortable. Seems to be spruced and cleaned as soon as I left.

The staff are so friendly, always smiling and I don't think my stay would have been the same without them Madhu, Andriya, Zainabu, Kartik, Sana, Avery, Akram, Sandeep, Himanshu, Elizabeth, Kadry, Chef Prince - all of these and more I may have missed may my stay simply perfect and some of them I feel have become my friends because they made me feel so welcome and really looked after me. Thank you to this amazing team and professionalism this hotel has to offer. First class service and I am a huge fan of Versace and this hotel should be proud to carry the name so well.

    There was some mistake on booking.com hotel profile; I booked family room of 68 sq m, but in reality this room was 38 sq m. After discovering that, I went to sort it out to reception - and they handled it in a very good way, admitted mistake; It took a while, but eventually we were given different room in different hotel that met our expectations / initial booking. (hotel was in the same hotel compound, just 200m away). They also corrected booking.com description immediatelly. This is the true value of good customer service - handling exceptions; And this was a trip for my parents / 70th year birthday of my dad - Patrick, thanks a lot and warm regards to JA staff!

    My husband and I have just returned from a week stay at Golden Sands 5 bur dubai and once again had a fantastic stay. The entire staff provide an exceptional service, helpful, and courteous at all times. I want to mention Haity, and Anis who greeted us and remembered us from our stay last year. The lifeguard at the pool , a tall guy, was excellent at his job, constantly monitoring the small children around and in the pool. The staff are constantly cleaning and keeping the whole complex spotless. We would highly recommend Golden Sands and really look forward to staying here again next year. Again many thanks to you all.     The hotel itself is pretty cool, the location is amazing and everything is very close. The food and breakfast was amazing. The rooftop restaurant is good with amazing views. Room service is excellent and the staff of the reception is friendly, the security is great and taxi is in front of the building at any time so you get everywhere you want to go. Our room was clean, the cleaners are very polite and kind.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

    Great camp with the BEST staff.

    Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Best time to go to Dubai is from February to June, or October-November. Between June-September is too hot for outside activities, and between November- February is a bit cold for beach activities.

    Our first time in Dubai and it was better than we could have...

    Our first time in Dubai and it was better than we could have imagined. We mostly ate at our hotel and in the malls but we did try a Caribbean food restaurant on Dubai Marina called TrinJam Fusions and the food was immaculate definitely give it a try. Xclusive Yachts was a good adults only night out for us would definitely recommend tip tho, food is only available on trip more Tham an hour long so even if your tickets says food just bare that in mind. We did all the usual we went to museum of the future, Burj khalifa (floor 154; do it, it's worth it). Dubai Desert Safari(Ocean Air), My husband and sons went to Aquaventure and I would say it's a must visit if you came all the way to Dubai, the boys had a great day. We found it very easy to get around we used local taxis (Careem) and the shuttle buses our hotel offered and it was no hassle at all. Mall of Emirates was our favourite, in between our activities we probably went there everyday. we visited Dubai Mall as well but a bit too much for our liking. Get you receipt valid to claim you tax back at the airport. There's one before and after security.
