This was the second time staying at this hotel and it keeps exceeding my expectations. Absolutely nothing is out of place. The warm, yet professional welcome by the same personnel as before tributes how well this hotel strives to be among the best. The rooms are spacious and luxuriously equipped. The panoramic windows with sea view from the room and restaurant is stunning. I guess a lack of a swimming pool doesn’t make it a five star hotel, because the rest surely does meet this criteria easily. Anyway, who needs a pool if you have a warm blue sea in front!

My best friend and I spent a few days at the hotel. The accommodation is beautiful, modern and clean. I have traveled all over the world and have never met such kind and helpful hosts. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. They were incredibly kind during our stay and even called a taxi for us at the end of our trip. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The owner was not only thoughtful and attentive, but also very warm and approachable on a personal level, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view. We would gladly stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and open, always ready to help with anything we needed. The entire property, including our room, was perfectly clean, and the cleaning service worked excellently every day. The hotel is also very close to the beach, which was a huge plus for us.     The best place for holidays for sure! As soon as we arrived we fell in love with this hotel and location. It looks exactly the same like on the pictures. We asked to be on a higher floor and receptionist kindly changed it for us. The room was clean and housekeeping made our room every day. The hotel has private beach, which is clean and Faik take care of it. There is restaurant in the hotel and cuisine is so tasty. The most perfect part of our trip was our acquaintance with bartender Jetlir and his an amazing cocktails that he prepares. It is very tasty!!! We had taxi at 4pm and asked for late check out and they provided it for us for free. The girls from reception gave present from Albania from us and it made us smile as well. Everyone saw us off very warmly. It was perfect time for us and we will come back for sure! Thank you so much, Regina Blu team!

    Very satisfied by the stay at Napolon Complex. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms, and great facilities. The price is really good, compared to similar places. And you will enjoy traditional albanian breakfast, which is very good. There are some downhill steps to reach the beach, but thats not a problem. It just stops you from gaining weight, while on holidays. Would highly recommend it :)

    There are many restaurants and bars offering a large variety of food and drink choices. The area around the promenade very clean and easy to walk along. Lovely views across the bay towards Corfu. Sellers selling their wares on the promenade during the day, mainly in the evenings without the hassling of buying from them. Plenty of excursions also on offer either land or sea trips.

    Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of the town at least seems to have opted to cater for those who prefer loud music / water activities on the beaches. That said, there is a good selection of bars & restaurants both in the centre of the town and on the main road into it. The hotel in which we stayed (Area Hotel) was excellent. Public transport is ok - there is a bus every 30 mins to Sarande or Butrint BUT it is packed & an experience in itself! Fares are 150 Lek (1.5 euro) each way. Taxis are available but cost approx 30 euro each way. Although card payment is accepted in most restaurants / hotels etc, it seems as though cash is king in Albania. Local currency (Lek) can be accessed once you're in the country by changing euro at one of the many exchanges.

    We absolutely love Vlora.

    We absolutely love Vlora. The beach, the hotels, the restaurants, the food, the activities. This is why we go there very often. And in my opinion it has one of the best services in the whole country, perhaps even better than Tirana (the capital) itself.

    Himarë is the kind of place that captures your heart the...

    Himarë is the kind of place that captures your heart the moment you arrive. The town is small but full of charm, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals. You’ll find everything you need: beaches, restaurants, little shops, and a touch of authentic Albanian hospitality. The beaches are truly the highlight. From the main Himarë beach along the promenade to the smaller coves near Prinos, the water is crystal clear and inviting. Street parking is free and accessible. For those who love exploring, having a car is a must—nearby treasures like Porto Palermo, Aquarium Beach, and Gjipe (which requires a short but rewarding 2 km hike) are absolutely worth it. Himarë has both the charm of a quiet village and the energy of a seaside town. You’ll enjoy fresh seafood, traditional Greek-Albanian dishes, and the simple pleasure of strolling along the corniche at sunset. It’s not overly touristy yet, which makes it feel authentic and special. The only thing I didn’t like? That our stay was too short! Two nights are not enough for Himarë: it deserves much more time to be discovered and enjoyed. And next time, I won’t leave without trying the famous Greek gyros at one of the local restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a mix of beautiful beaches, authentic culture, and a peaceful yet lively atmosphere. Himarë is definitely a destination to return to.

    The owner was very responsive. The apartment had everything from kitchenware to WiFi ,free parking and quiet area. It is very close to Vlora city and Rradhima. The closest beach is 2-minutes driving, or 7-10 minutes waking.

    Qeparo is a charming little village with a lovely "shetitore" (promenade) perfect for evening walks along the beach. The village stretches along the coast, offering breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters, though you'll need to walk a few steps to reach the shore. We had no trouble finding a sunbed without reservations, and the food was delicious and fairly priced—highly recommend restaurants Poseidon and Te Stefi! The only downside was the lack of trash bins along the promenade, which left the walking path a bit messy. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Overall, a peaceful, beautiful spot with great food and friendly vibes.

For the price you pay in high season which was 45 EUR per night, of course you don't expect luxury, but some basics should be in place: - 1st of all, the photos used in Booking.com were all from the 2nd building they manage, and don't correspond with the room booked at least on 50%. - the power plugs were a hazard to be aware(when you're travelling with a toddler). - the electric stove provided was almost at half meter height, a constant danger for toddlers. - the air con could be put on only by plugging in the plug and it was configured to the coldest temperature, very annoying to deal with it during the night. - hygiene could've improved: closet was dirty on the top, full of dust, the bathroom super-small. - when I asked for a sponge and dishwashing lotion, the owner told me that I was the 1st ever to ask for that. What? You put a kitchen.

    If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Hotel Amare in Palasë exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident — everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every corner of the hotel felt fresh and welcoming. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every meal was a highlight, showcasing fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. But what truly set this place apart was the hospitality. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high standards of service, comfort, and charm. Hotel Amare has become one of my absolute favorite places in Palasë. A hidden gem I can’t wait to return to. Highly, highly recommended!

    "I wouldn't recommend anyone, because I was stolen from and lied to. They wanted to pay for my shorts and even asked for my bank details, but they didn't transfer the money they intended to! This is all a lie, these people are fake!" This all happened to „Social Camping“ After I complained, someone contacted me and threatened me. See picture that i uploaded!!!
