This is perfect for its purpose! A clean, comfy bed to catch some sleep before a flight. We could return our car, walk to Rinas to sleep and walk to the airport in the early morning. i think we should not expect anything from Tirana, just go to the beaches near by and visit restaurants and spend time. we did that in many restaurants in the city. We can not compare Tirana with other European cities.
