- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 159 reviewsI only give 10's for true excellence, not just because I like a place. My wife and I have been travelling through Argentina for 6 weeks now and Cabanas el Remanso is one of the best places we've stayed. It's the perfect base for a visit to Tupungato and the wineries of the Uco Valley. The cabins are well equipped, roomy and comfortable. The grounds are lovely and the pool clean and refreshing. The owner, staff and Zack, the dog, are friendly and helpful. The value for money is really incredible. You can pay ten times more to stay at one of the fancy winery lodges, but I'm not sure you'd get that much more for your money. I would definitely return.Guest review byJohnCanada
- From US$252 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 181 reviewsWe were welcomed in a really incredible way. The surroundings are amazing, and you really feel alone in this beautiful landscape. Eventhough we were the only client staying that night, the staff was amazing, and we really felt perfectly taken care of. We also got a really intersting tour of the winery, and the food ( both restaurant and breakfast) was perfect. The exterior spaces as well as the bedroom itself is fabulous. The dog brenda is also really cute! We can only recommand 100% this amazing hotelGuest review byRomainFrance

The cutest little farming community where the people are still courteous and kind. We don’t speak much Spanish but everyone we encountered used what English they knew to help us out. Great people. Exceptional mountain views. Great wine. Go see for yourself. You’ll be amazed.Guest review byChrisUnited States - 10.0
Perfect place.
Perfect place. Lots of wineries to learn, taste and experiment, different wines, Is only 1 hour from Mendoza Capital, but you will find yourself in a different world. Many wineries offering lodging services, small boutique restaurantes nad wine tasting.Guest review byCarlos vetereArgentina - 10.0

La Consulta is a small village located in the heart of the wine growing region. The people are so helpful and nice. I would be happy to spend the rest of my life there, with the beautiful Andes mountains nearby.Guest review byCharlesUnited States - 8.0

Being the Toscana of Argentina you get wonderful views of the Andes and at the same time enjoy wine and dine in small village settings. Unfortunately we just had one night there since we went on mountaineering.Guest review byHanspeterAustria - 2.0
Beautiful grounds but we had a horrible check in experience.
Beautiful grounds but we had a horrible check in experience. Despite the website stating that there is a 24/7 front desk, we arrived to a locked gate. After calling the phone number several times, a security guard finally came out who did not speak English and claimed we did not have a reservation, despite us showing our booking confirmation. We had to argue for over 2 hours behind a locked gate. It was humiliating and we would have left if there were any other hotels with availability nearby. Very disappointing experience.Guest review byHealiCanada
