Breakfast was very good Staff was exceptional, the whole hotel was wonderful, and a great experience. Spa was calm and clean, the whole hotel was very clean at all times. The Bar and food in the Bar was very good quality and value for money.

Family-run for 30 years, Hotel Garni Sonnleitn, for adults only, enjoys a quiet location in Fuschl am See, only a few steps away from the lakeshore.

The hotel was beautifully presented and our room very comfortable. The view from the lovely large balcony was stunning and the parasol an added bonus while sitting out. Just a short walk to the lake where we could swim. The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful, offering advice and ideas about things to do and places to visit. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is a sister hotel to a much larger hotel next door which offers restaurants and activities we could join in with. There is a golf course as part of the sister hotel which has a wonderful cafe/restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious BBQ evening there with accompanying live music. The natural pool and delightful garden attached to our hotel, added to the relaxing and perfect atmosphere.

Offering a private beach on Lake Fuschl, only 300 metres away, Hotel Jakob is located in the centre of Fuschl am See in the Salzkammergut region.

The Ebner's Waldhof am See Resort & Spal has very spacious family rooms. The spa area, especially the heated pool, is magnificent. You can come to lunch in a terry robe straight from the spa area. I really liked the food - a large variety of tasty and healthy food - you can even make your own smoothie from apples, carrots, sellerei and ginger. For dinner, you can choose from several menus, including vegetarian cuisine. Dinner dishes are served and decorated at the level of Michelin 5 stars. Every day the hotel has a new plan of events. The hotel is run by a family, their care and attention are present in every corner of the hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, welcoming and friendly.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Thalgau, Forsthaus Wartenfels is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

We loved the place, surrounding, room and design. So cosy and homy feeling. Nadja (manager) was very nice and helpful, advised us all we needed. Spotless clean, warm wooden interiors. Lovely breakfast (for me as vegetarian she made eggs and extra fruit and salad). Lovely espresso. Mountains to climb just behind the house. What else you need?

Like the title sad, it was situated in wonderful nature, with exceptional view. There is grocery near, so you can buy everything that you need, Kitchen is great. You will have separeted entrance in apartment.

Very good all round. Bed was good for sleeping, and the sofa bed was probably the most comfortable we have ever sat on. All the facilities were of a high standard. A car was unnecessary, with a bus stop only 150m from the property. The location suited our need for hiking, but on the bus Salzburg was just 15-20 minutes away. But most of all, the hosts could not have been more attentive and welcoming; it was an absolute pleasure to meet them and although our apartment was very private we felt almost as if we were in their family home. There was no intrusion, but they were always there if we needed something. To crown it all, the host offered us a ride to the railway station in the city with our luggage - above and beyond!

We were pleasantly surprised the appartment had 3 separate rooms (not counting the bathroom and big hallway). We used it as 2 bedrooms; one for us parents and one for our two daughters and we used the last room as a living/kitchen. Just perfect for a family! The hallway and bathroom were also spacious and everything was very clean. Our kids loved the big garden, all the playing facilities and off course the pool. Our oldest daughter called this her dreamhome. The owners are a lovely couple with their son. They made us feel so at home. Our daughters could play with all kinds of pool toys and we enjoyed their home grown fresh cucumbers. It was absolutely perfect. We were sad to leave. We 100% recommend staying here.
