Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning – waking up to such a beautiful scene every morning was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. What really stood out was the professionalism of the staff – everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who gave me such a warm welcome upon arrival. Her kindness made me feel at home from the very first moment. After a long drive from Prague on the way to Italy, we decided to stop in Wattens for some rest. We arrived quite late, but the self-check-in machine outside was efficient and made the process smooth for us. When we made it there, the parking was available right in front of the hotel for free. If not, there are other parking spaces around the area as well which makes things even more easier! The vending machines inside & nearby were a nice touch, offering snacks, water, and other essentials. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The medium-sized bathroom was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before continuing our long drive back to Italy. The receptionist at checkout was fantastic and even offered us museum tickets - but sadly, we didn't have time.

    We visited this hotel during the Christmas holidays (family with children). We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and all its facilities. I now understand why people keep coming back to this hotel. The owner is very friendly and is present on a daily basis. The owner can also be very proud of his staff, as they are extremely friendly and very helpful (without exception). We mainly interacted with Frank (restaurant staff), Marie, and the reception staff. They also offered a bus trip to a city twice a day (free of charge) with a cheerful guide. Additionally, the children were picked up and brought back by bus every day they had ski lessons. Later, there was thankfully enough snow behind the hotel (a ski slope with a ski lift). Normally, I dislike swimming because the pool water is always ice-cold. However, I swam every day because the pool water was wonderfully warm. All in all, we will definitely return again.

    This is a fabulous, family run hotel and overall superb value for money. We (family of 5) stayed for two nights and it included breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake and dinner in the cost. This also included a selection of drinks on tap, including their outstanding homemade beer from their onsite brewery. The kids had a great time in the pool, there's an excellent outside gym (good weight machines) and some cardo indoor options as well. The hotel provides bikes free of charge, helpful for visiting the the nearby lake (you can also walk in 10-15 minutes) which has options for swimming and a slide into the lake. There's lots to do in the area more widely and we loved our two night stay. The food was all local dishes, simple but done well and decent variety as well. The staff were lovely and we just had a fabulous and relaxing time here. It's a really gem and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

    This was our 5th visit to Das Sieben. As we only live a 2 hour drive away we tend to come for long weekends when we are feeling burned out and ready for some rest and relaxation. We love everything about the hotel, especially the food and we always book half board. We both had a hydro jet massage which was very relaxing and I had the best pedicure yet with the lovely Sonja. It was my birthday whilst we were there and the restaurant decorated our table accordingly and gave us complimentary champagne. This was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to all the staff at Das Sieben.

    The room with Mountain view has an amazing view of the mountains and the city. The location of this hotel is perfect near the major attractives and one step from the buses and trains that with the Welcome card allows to travel free around Innsbruck.     I loved the beauty of Innsbruck and the friendly, kind locals. There was a wine festival and the atmosphere was wonderful with local musicians dressed in Tyrolean outfits and playing delightful music. The shops were great with many beautiful, well-made things to buy. It was delightful to walk into the old town by the river and the water was a gorgeous teal colour. Also drinking water is very pure and does not have fluoride which was a bonus. I was so taken with Innsbruck that I can’t wait to return.

    nice town. Ideal base for early season hike (start of May) in Wilder Kaiser region. Most other places in vicinity are closed as main hiking season hasn't started yet. The local kaiserlift (chair lift) was open so takes you to start of good hikes..

    The property seems great in the pictures but that is far...

    The property seems great in the pictures but that is far from the truth. On booking.com pictures of a modern facility are shown but once you are there they will allocate you in rooms in the old property (nothing like the one on the picture)!!! It is far from a four star facility, it seems more like a youth hostel: Room temperature was 28 degrees (no A.C - upon complaint we were advised by the hotel staff to sleep with open windows) there were hairs on the bed, floor and side table. Most of breakfast items were out by 8 so try to have breakfast before 8!! I will definitely never stay in this property again because it is a waste of money.

    It was wonderful stay. The small old town was beautiful just in the middle of the valley all around beautiful mountain. Our stay was located in the old part of the city. Like 5 minutes by car you have "new town" with shops and markets. Close range by walk or by car for beautiful hikes. This views, the panorama all around... I love this place and I would like to come here again for sure. When you wake up and go to the balcony you will see breathtaking panorama of the alpen. The stuff is really nice and helpful. Do not forgot to ask about guest card. You can apply it for example for renting tennis court for free and much more.

    Food was good at their restaurant and not expensive. All other hotels were closed and no too much to do in the town either. Pity , it is a small village. We were cheated because we have not received the room as shown on bookingcom Personal at reception desk were rude and unpolite. Did no show any curtesy any interest to improve their rude attitude.

    The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable I think there was AC or perhaps it was just that the ambient was comfortable. The hotel is well suited for travelers , near highway. The only negative was that there is not adequate parking near the hotel, their adverts suggested otherwise. We arrived at eight PM on a Saturday night and their restaurant was completely booked so we had to eat at a near by Italian restaurant -Pronto. Very good meal and excellent service. The breakfast was very good, especially the wide selection of breads.

    Despite not being in central Austria, there is much to see and do in and around Landeck. Castle, cable-car, waterfalls etc. Close to Alpine villages such as Lech and St Anton. Landeck also has an international railway station giving access to many routes.

    Ebbs is perfectly located for day trips to Munich, Salzburg...

    Ebbs is perfectly located for day trips to Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. We discovered Thiersee, with suggestion from the hotel, and had an amazing experience tobogganing down the snow slope onto the frozen lake. The hotel let us use their two toboggans for free.

    A nice place with stunning mountain views.

    A nice place with stunning mountain views. A car is a must for exploring the local area but there are lots of nice places to go for walks, skiing is also very close by or just relaxing in a cafe and enjoying the views.

    Unexpected great discovery.

    Unexpected great discovery. Visited in August and had an amazing experience, walking around the city and exploring nature around. Came by car from Luxembourg, roads were great, and not extremely busy. There are many hiking and biking trails with different degrees of difficulty just around the city, if traveling with small children, elder people or just don’t feel like walking up to the mountains, take the Nordkettenbahnen cable car from the city centre (c. 50 euros to the top), totally worth it. For some cultural activity, I recommend trying the Ambras castle. Just walking around the city and interacting with people was a great experience.
