Everything was amazing, the decoration and the atmosphere was super cozy, the staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and well organized, including the spa. The breakfast was amazing. 10/10, we would stay here again.

Room was spotless and newly painted in 2021. The bed was so comfortable and we later learned that they were new in 2023. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their family run hotel. We also ate dinner in the hotel and the food was excellent. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection of hot and cold items.

Andreas the host, and his parents were very friendly and helpful. The flat is very nice and comfortable with modern and stilish equipments. Kids enjoyed the 1st floor room, especially the mattress at the roof. :) While we liked the dinners on the balcony. The street was very calm, no trafic on it. The panorama on the mountains were awesome, we made several time-lapse vide about the clouds.

We had a great experience visiting Haus Mauken. We travelled with four pets and usually we get charged per pet per night. We were NOT charged extra at Haus Mauken and the hosts were amazingly kind to prepare dog/cat beds, bowls and even pet food. The house outlooks the Kreischberg ski resort and generally has amazing views from the huge windows in the apartment we were occupying. All facilities are very comfortable, there was even coffee/tea/sugar/oil available, which is something I rarely meet in aparthotels. Top class, if you ask me.

Everything was Amazing 3 min away from the train,15 min away from the supermarket and there was also a bakery near by. 2 big rooms with a warderobe and and one with 4 dunk bed + 1 wc shower upstairs and the rest downstairs and location view was magnificent. The host was super super nice and friendly and always available if we needed something. Behind the chalet was a river and a place to take a walk it was really amazing and so beautiful. The chalet had 3 bedrooms 2 wc-shower Tv with cable And wifi And barbecue And the fireplace oh it was so nice If u want to have a nice stay and relax and enjoy somewhere far away from the city this is your place.we are sure gonna come back

The room was clean and tidy and with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Location on the old town building in Murau is also great as a base point to travel around this beautiful city and nearby area. Last but not least, the host was very polite and helpful. I sincerely recommend this place.

Very good restaurant, excellent breakfast. Room was cozy and clean with possibility to make a tea at room. Good Internet connection. Bed comfortable. Big plus, dog friendly.
