- From $649.63 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 637 reviewsPeaceful and quite surroundings, brand new rooms with huge bathroom , king sized bed and a table were i could finish up some work , staff is there for you any time of day extremely helpful and involved. Primary plan was just to spend the night and keep on going , but hospitality and views from a room balcony aswell as heated outside swimming pool made me change my mind and extend my stay , recommend for both looking for a piece of paradise to relax , and those who would like to keep it more active.Guest review byErnestasNorway
- From $323.34 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 582 reviewsThis is the most gorgeous setting of all the hotels during my month long Europe vacation! The hotel is decorated perfectly for the beautiful mountain setting. The dinners and breakfasts were amazing, so glad we included them in our stay. It was nice after a day of hiking to know we didn't have to look for a place for dinner - our hotel had probably the best option around for miles! The staff was extremely helpful for hiking and adventure suggestions also.Guest review byJenniferUnited States

The hotel was cozy and even though it was a busy season, we never felt crowded. The food was absolutely fantastic. We were not sure what to expect, but there were plenty of options for our vegan a gluten free family members. I loved the beauty of Innsbruck and the friendly, kind locals. There was a wine festival and the atmosphere was wonderful with local musicians dressed in Tyrolean outfits and playing delightful music. The shops were great with many beautiful, well-made things to buy. It was delightful to walk into the old town by the river and the water was a gorgeous teal colour. Also drinking water is very pure and does not have fluoride which was a bonus. I was so taken with Innsbruck that I can’t wait to return.Guest review bySandraUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The perfect Zillertal base — charming, active, and full of alpine character. Mayrhofen is a gem in the heart of the Zillertal Alps — both lively and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. My favorite spot in town was the central square with the iconic ibex statue and the beautiful alpine church, perfect for soaking in the mountain vibe. I enjoyed traditional Tyrolean meals at local guesthouses, and the hut-style restaurants in the surrounding mountains are worth the hike. Breakfast at my hotel was exceptional, and the Zillertal beer is a must-try after a long day outdoors. Getting around is easy — everything in town is walkable, and the Zillertalbahn train makes exploring the valley simple. For solo travelers like me, Mayrhofen is ideal: scenic hiking trails start right from town, there’s an excellent pool & spa complex (Erlebnisbad), and plenty of cafés and beer gardens to meet people or just relax. Whether you’re here for a few days or as a base for adventures like the Berliner Höhenweg, Mayrhofen delivers both comfort and authentic alpine atmosphere.Guest review byGeorg.AlAlbania - 10.0

Kitzbuhel is primarily a winter sports resort but also...
Kitzbuhel is primarily a winter sports resort but also attracts summer visitors. An evening band performance and afternoon childrens events in the Kurpark were welcome surprises as we had no prior knowledge they were taking place. The local (free) Tourist Card gives small price reductions on cable cars and some other attractions but, in stark contrast to neighbouring Salzburg Province, lacks rail and/or bus travel benefits. Kitzbuhel has two railway stations. We did not find a street map showing how to get to hotels at either, The rail station by the cable car is unstaffed. UK tourists were seen using the ticket machine to buy outward and return tickets, unaware that a group ticket (Einfach Raus) would have cost less. Kitzbuhel was one of 5 stops on a longer trip. It was not our favourite.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0
nice town.
nice town. Ideal base for early season hike (start of May) in Wilder Kaiser region. Most other places in vicinity are closed as main hiking season hasn't started yet. The local kaiserlift (chair lift) was open so takes you to start of good hikes..Guest review bymichaelIreland - 10.0

Not sure Lienz is on traveller's radar. It's a must when travelling to Austria. Easy to get to by train from Germany and from within Austria. A small town easily navigated on foot. It's stunning. It was a shame the gondola was not operating though.Guest review byHelenAustralia - 8.0
