I'd like to commend the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff during my recent stay. Special thanks to Juliana and Irina. Every encounter with the hotel workers was marked by their professionalism and courtesy. We learned a lot about the history and great museums in the city thanks to Juliana! The location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of the city, I had easy access to all the attractions and dining options I wanted to explore. Whether I was strolling through the charming streets nearby or enjoying the view from my room, I was constantly reminded of how well-placed this hotel is. I look forward to returning in the future, thanks to the exceptional service I received.

The interior design of the entire hotel, from lobby to bathroom is excellent as far as I am concerned. Every little detail seems well thought out and gives every room/elevator hallway/bathroom/etc personality and speaks volumes to the probably insane amounts of research and planning that went into the overall look and feel of the place. You cannot NOT love a place that has such obvious signs of careful consideration. The atmosphere in the lobby is also something that sets it apart from any other hotel that I have visited: the place is always buzzing with youth, either the ones staying in the hotel or maybe from the neighbouring universities. Lastly, the restaurant on the last floor ticks all the boxes of atmosphere, food, music and great staff. The food is mostly spicy so it might not be to everyone's liking but it is definitely worth trying.

    Vienna is a world city and the biggest mistake anyone could make is to not allow enough time to really immerse themselves in this wonderful part of the world. Take in EVERYTHING. It broadens your mind, makes you a better person. Trust me. I came for a holiday…12 years later I’m still here. The food..to die for..the people..just gorgeous. If all the world’s population had had the Austrian “Einstellung” to life, there would never have been this horrendous ‘war’ bollocks. Love this place. Period.
