She made an effort to speak to the children and give us key information. We actually got a room upgrade, which was lovely. The owner was there every day and we had a set table daily which was nice. Pool was a good size and temperature. There was a daily menu of the main meal. The room was big and had a balcony. The bathroom was ok, perfectly adequate. Location for the hotel is at the end of the village, but a perfect location for us. It takes 4-5 mins to walk into the village. Near the cable car lift, spar and cafes. The village is friendly. The hotel had a swimming pool and games room which the children liked. There was also a trampoline and rabbits outside. Staff friendly and helped when we asked. Food was a good experience, they took account of vegetarian request. Lots of storage in the rooms which was nice.Guest review byRedfernUnited Kingdom

There was a lounge area with a sofa and a coffee table which was good for relaxing in the evenings. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful and easy to control - no counterintuitive temperature setting and no sudden temperature changes halfway through. The owners were really friendly and we had a nice chat with them every morning at breakfast. Andreas, one of the owners, even gave us a hugely important piece of advice about buying point cards to use the lifts rather than day passes, which saved us quite a lot of money. The ski/boot/dry room was warm and clean, an ideal setting to get ready in the morning before going out to ski.Guest review byMichaelGermany

The rooms were comfortable. We booked a room for two adults and two children and were given a connecting room with two bathrooms and a kitchen. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We opted for the half-board package and enjoyed the food.
