Simply outstanding. Wonderful owner, glorious location. The food and drink is top quality and the staff are all incredible. The pool is heated to 24 degrees, nothing nicer than a swim after a long walk on the Schatz mountain.

Rainer and Uschi made us feel part of the family after just a few days - they made the extra effort to pick us up from the bus stop, gave an attentive, personal service and were there for all our questions. Would recommend very highly and will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic 2 week stay. It's quite a bit out of the way of the ski area, needing a car and we also needed snow chains- so beware. However, the place is super comfy, feels new, secluded and the hosts were just fantastic and so helpful- helping us to rescue our run away dog- thank you thank you thank you!! We also enjoyed the fresh milk and eggs from the cows and chickens just next door :) The views of the Alps are fantastic!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was amazing, everything was clean, a spectacular view from the balcony and kitchen was very well equipped! The stuff was also very nice and very helpful and flexible with the check-in time. We didn’t miss anything during our trip!

    Friendly welcome from the owner, who spoke to us in english which was welcome as our german is limited. She made an effort to speak to the children and give us key information. We actually got a room upgrade, which was lovely. The owner was there every day and we had a set table daily which was nice. Pool was a good size and temperature. There was a daily menu of the main meal. The room was big and had a balcony. The bathroom was ok, perfectly adequate. Location for the hotel is at the end of the village, but a perfect location for us. It takes 4-5 mins to walk into the village. Near the cable car lift, spar and cafes. The village is friendly. The hotel had a swimming pool and games room which the children liked. There was also a trampoline and rabbits outside. Staff friendly and helped when we asked. Food was a good experience, they took account of vegetarian request. Lots of storage in the rooms which was nice.

    The hospitality from the staff was exceptional, the best we have seen in a very long time. There were so many thoughtful touches from the housekeeping staff that made our stay that much more comfortable. We picked the dinner and breakfast package, which was spot on, and the restaurant had a very friendly atmosphere. We even made some new friends with those that we were sat next to. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

    Excellent stay for me my wife and two teenagers. Have absolutely nothing to complain about. Really friendly staff. Excellent room. Fantastic view. A pool indoors,, sauna, steam sauna and more. Ate dinner and had a really great experiance despite our late booking. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure and probably stay for several days more next time. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

    Nice clean hotel with great value for your money. The rooms where clean. The bed was outstanding to sleep in. I don't like soft beds. Only the pillow was to soft and to small. But that's personal. Loved it.

    Great resort for families and for beginners.

    Great resort for families and for beginners. Ski school is brilliant for anyone who wants to start learnig to ski. I recommend the lockers in Margreiter to save you from carrying all that ski gear up and down the ountain.

    Close to the large area of SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser, but beautiful slopes also in the place itself - especially the "black" slope is absolutely breathtaking. And much better prepared than those in SkiWelt👍

    For such a small town in the alps, there was quite a lot...

    For such a small town in the alps, there was quite a lot going on in Niederau. There are several bars and restaurants, as well as a couple of supermarkets and to ski pistes, which are unfortunately not connected, but there is a bus between the two.
