- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 768 reviewsHighly recommend this exceptional property. The Manager, Brian works hard to ensure the grounds & facilities are clean, maintained & in pristine condition. Blue Lagoon is an excellent location, with convenient parking, a short walk to Trinity Beach & a selection of restaurants. The staff are professional, helpful & kind, especially John, Joleen & Stacey. The pool is very clean with a view of the Lagoon. Loved my experience here & recommend Canadians spend your money here not Florida. The Aussies are wonderful, share our Values & appreciate you more than Florida! Loved how easy it was to get around.
Loved how easy it was to get around. Loved train to Kuranda and skytrain back down. Art gallery and the gallery next door were interesting. Sea food on Prawn Stars and at Port Douglas was the icing on the cake.Guest review byVan der Sluys - 10.0

Honestly it is a beautiful part of the world, so many amazing sites and places to explore. During our trip it was very busy so I would definitely recommend booking for dinner ahead of time as it was too full for us to get in anywhere however the Thai restaurant made a plan for our group and they were phenomenal. We would highly recommend Quicksilver cruise for a reef trip - well worth the price.Guest review byAdrianNew Zealand - 10.0

Palm Cove is beautiful and super clean, every morning workers are picking up rubbish, clearing leaves, sweeping drains and making sure its super tidy for the guests enjoying the area. We were most impressed and enjoyed our stay.Guest review byAnitaNew Zealand - 10.0
We had 4 nights at our beautiful house.
We had 4 nights at our beautiful house. That allowed us to visit a number of rainforests, creeks and waterfalls which are in close proximity to Mission Beach. We prefer creeks and waterfalls to reef trips and their are so many to explore such as Murray Falls and Alligators Nest up near Tully, Lacey's Creek near town, Josephine Falls about an 1 or so draive away and South Mission and Bingil Bay. The bars and restaurants in the village are amazing and very friendly and if you want to make your own food - the Woolies at Wongaling Beach was way cheaper than our local Woolies in inner city Brisbane.Guest review byDeborahAustralia - 10.0
I have nothing negative to say about this place.
I have nothing negative to say about this place. It’s all positive. Great location, clean and tidy, grounds and pool well maintained, Gerald and his staff friendly and accommodating. Straight across the road from swimming nets and barbecue area. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.Guest review bySonyaAustralia - 10.0
Cape Tribulation is an amazing, beautiful place.
Cape Tribulation is an amazing, beautiful place. You can walk along the long, beautiful beach with the ocean on one side and tropical rainforest on the other. When you walk back into the rainforest you are on a boardwalk which takes you through huge mangroves then through the tropical rainforest with a stunning variety of rainforest trees and other plants. You see lots of butterflies as well as birds, goannas and fruit bats. It is a place that fills you with awe.Guest review bySylviaAustralia - 10.0

There’s so much to see and do in and around Atherton, from nature walks and water falls to cafes and strawberry picking to gemstones and geocaching and everything in between. The cooler weather is a welcome escape from the humidity of the coastal areas. Accommodation types are many and varied so there is something to suit every budget. The Tablelands are a food lovers paradise with a relaxed country vibe.Guest review byNiss1234Australia - 10.0

Yungaburra is a very quaint "old-world" town, great history, centrally located for day-trips to the crater lakes and waterfalls. If you are into platypus spotting, this is the place to be, with well sign-posted walking trails and information along the local river. The town itself had several cafes, a pub and a couple of restaurants. There was a small shopping centre, butcher, etc to cater for food supplies.Guest review byDazzaAustralia - 10.0
