I had never been to Perth before but went with my sister in September to see the wildflowers. We went on a wildflower tour and were blown away by the variety of flora there was to be seen - definitely the highlight for us but the rest of Perth was pretty good too! Public transport was either free or cheap and easy to work out and the bus and train staff were very pleasant and helpful. The weather was delightful, while back in Melbourne they had heaters on. In our time in Perth (besides our wildflower tour) we went to the zoo, Fremantle (on a Sunday), Kings Park, Rottnest Island, Canningvale wetlands (nice, busy cafe there), did self guided walking tours of the city to look at the incredible architecture (brochures from the Info Centre), inspected the bell tower (from below) and listened to it chiming, went to the Mint (only go if you’re prepared to go on the $22 one hour tour which we didn’t do), went to the old court house, went to the WA Archives photo display and went to the art gallery. (Sorry Perth but I found your art gallery underwhelming). Overall we had a great time in Perth.Guest review byJaneAustralia - 10.0

Wonderful place to stay, relax, try wonderful restaurants and local venues. We stay in Freo to indulge at wonderful restaurants and we are never disappointed. For local places to go to, try something different, try Darling Darling, a cute little bar on Henry St, or the roof top bar (try the delicious tapas lunch options) at the National Hotel on High St. Awesome.Guest review byrobert - 10.0

Albany has so much to offer visitors, I say visitors because that is the best way to approach Albany. Friendly folk and beautiful coastline but remember that Albany can bring you all 4 seasons in one day so be prepared for that. Not a single traffic ;light in the town jus roundabouts which makes driving very easy. Take time to search out the local tour operators and the local farmers markets , you wont be disappointed. One of my favorite places on the planetGuest review bymanymatesUnited States - 10.0

I was surprised how much I liked the Geraldton area.
I was surprised how much I liked the Geraldton area. I would think three days is probably all you need to spend there. Unfortunately it is probably a little far from Perth. Glad we went especially as a launching place to see the Murchison gorge and Kilbarri which was beautiful. I think you really need to do a bit more research than I did to make the trip more fulfilling. Unfortunately in Western Australia there is a lot of driving to get to places. September and early October best time to visit as wildflower season. Would think too hot to do in peak of summer.Guest review byDavinAustralia - 10.0

Only spent morning in Busselton to see pier. That was quite good. Small supermarket close resort absolute thieves, I would suggest getting in your car and driving to a big shop. Overall everyone we dealt with in the Busselton area were really nice.Guest review byDavinAustralia - 8.0

Broome is an iconic place to visit, and we will spend more time there in the near future. Does tend to be expensive however due to its popularity and remoteness. The old town is pleasant to visit and many iconic shops to visit, particularly if looking for pearls! There are wildlife parks and other attractions as well - try a sunset camel ride.Guest review byGrantAustralia - 10.0

The options of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops were fantastic. Easy to walk to all. Visitor centre lady was friendly and helpful. We booked a cruise for an hour and fifteen mins, which was lovely. We ate at The Pen for dinner, Sebel for breakfast, a lunch at Archie’s at Dolphin quay, yummy Thai on Ormsby trc and had the best Thai massage at Baahn massage.Guest review byLinda PieriAustralia - 10.0
