Exceptionally good location, walking distance from the old town, Shirvanshah palace and Maiden tower. The room is spacious and modern. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly and attentive - we were given a city map and wonderful advice on how to walk to the main attractions. Roof restaurant is also very good and not expensive. Overall, amazing experience, definitely value for money!

I had a wonderful stay at Twelve Inn! The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to assist. A special thanks to manager Turan, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His professionalism and willingness to help made a great impression. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality.     The breakfast is buffet style (huge variety) and the wonderful chef made sure we were happy and satisfied! She even gave us fruit in the swimming area after breakfast hours. Upon our arrival we asked if we could get a room upgrade and we were surprised we got better than what we were hoping for. About the beach – exceeded expectations: I struggled to figure out the situation of their private beach on the website, but once I got there I was pleasantly surprised to see a nice, clean and swimmable private beach area with umbrellas, chairs and showers. Our stay felt like being surrounded by a local, caring family rather than a hotel! They went above and beyond to satisfy all of our requests, they even gave us a power strip so we could charge all of our things.

    During the COP 29, we lodged at Montenegro Inn. Our overall two weeks experience was excellent. The rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. While the hotel is situated somewhat distant from the city's main attractions, it offers round-the-clock taxi services at good rates. I would strongly endorse this place, giving it a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

    Baku is a nice and quiet city. Clean and beautiful. Food was great. It’s a nice place for three days. It was easy to get around. Outside city excursions should be planned. Mud volcano at Gobustan is overrated. They need to work more on tourist attractions.

    Baku is a city of contrasts.

    Baku is a city of contrasts. It is fast growing and there are loads of modern facilities but also on the edges still lots of areas of Soviet mass housing. The roads in the central area are very busy and even more so during my visit as they were preparing for the F1 Grand Prix. It is worth using the metro to get around the central area and it doesn’t take long to realise that trains basically run along a corridor before going out to the various residential areas.
