Very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and offered high-quality service. The breakfast was very nice and the quality of the amenities was also excellent. The location is in the new part of the city and conveniently located near the train station, malls and other shops.

Staff was very helpful accommodating my stay after my flight was diverted back to the destination due to bad weather. Pick up from and to the airport was really helpful. Location of the hotel is great, right across from the old town with access to most of the sights. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. Room was spacious with good temperature control despite being snowing outside.

    The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.

    Location was incredible, very well connected to the Old Town, stone’s throw away from all the popular restaurants and cafes. Felt incredibly safe even at odd hours. Staff were polite and went above and beyond to provide me a room on the top floor so I could get privacy for work. WiFi was great, had no disruptions whatsoever. Had a lift as well and moving up and down even with luggage was no hassle at all. All in all, couldn’t really have asked for more.

    Very good hotel, excellent value for money. The fluently English speaking staff are very kind and helpful. Great breakfast with local food and intercontinental dishes too. The restaurant has a wonderful view of the city. My room was small but comfortable and without view. With opened window the fresh cold air is coming from the mountains. Everyday room cleaning. Ten minutes walk to the old city part. Highly recommended.

    Very relaxed atmosphere in the lobby. The service staff is very friendly and some of them even have a great sense of humour. The smoking area in the lobby was a part of the hotel I found particularly relaxing as it is equipped with a large firewood stove. The room was more than comfortable and the bed slept very well.

    Sarajevo is a hidden gem! It is beautiful and green with so much history and charm. It is amazing how the city has bounced back after the atrocities happening not too long ago. Sarajevo is a very safe city and I learned so much from the museums. I hope more tourists come here and help the economy.

    Mountain Bjelašnica is a breathtaking mountain known for its stunning natural beauty, fresh air, and panoramic views. Tall pine trees and scenic trails make it a perfect place for relaxation and adventure. However, in recent years, the mountain has changed. Too many buildings have been constructed, damaging the peaceful atmosphere. While the architecture may be modern, there is not enough meaningful content or attractions for visitors. There are few cultural activities, limited outdoor sports options, and not enough playground for kids to enjoy. As a result, the mountain feels overcrowded yet empty at the same time. It needs a better balance between development and nature to truly shine again.

    If you're looking for a remote location with a focus on nature, you can't go wrong with staying in Igman. Just be careful as there are always some dogs to meet in your walks, they're harmless but can be intimidating having a group come near to you.

    I absolutely loved Sarajevo!

    I absolutely loved Sarajevo! The city is a fascinating blend of religions, lifestyles, and architecture that creates such a unique atmosphere. It’s vibrant, full of life, and simply stunning. The food is incredible — truly some of the best I’ve ever had. And as a bonus, the city is full of beautiful cats roaming around, which just made me love it even more.

    Prekrasno skijalište, staze lijepo pripremljene, drže dosta dobro i na +13. Ima dosta gužve, a s obzirom na izgradnju koja je u tijeku, valjalo bi dodati još staza. Odvoz smeća sumnjivo funkcionira i nedostaje pekara. Ljudi su izuzetno ljubazni i osjećaš se zaista dobrodošao! Savršeno za odmor s malom djecom koja još nisu pravi skijaši.

    No need for a tour guide, go To The Old Town, you can catch the Cable Cars to the top for a wonderful view, Its all within walking distance, so is the Yellow Fortress within walking distance from The old Town. Then you have the Gazi Huzrev Mosque which is in the Old Town too. If you dont stay within walking distance to the Old Town. Catch the Yellow Tram No 3, (make sure, its the yellow one).
