The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

Room was very cozy and well heated. Bathroom was very clean and modern. We opted for breakfast only and it was pretty decent. You can get dinner as well. The bar in the lobby is very budget friendly and pretty good. There is parking available in the nearby streets, we didn't have too much problems parking and we had two cars. There is a designated ski equipment room that we used frequently to store our gear.

    An unforgettable experience! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything from the warm welcome at reception to the attention to the smallest details was impeccable. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, offering perfect comfort. The staff is particularly kind and always ready to help, anticipating even our smallest wishes. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, all delicious and impeccably presented. The breakfast is rich and satisfies every culinary preference, and the service is fast and professional. The facilities, such as the pool, spa and fitness room, are well maintained and offer an atmosphere of total relaxation. Plus, the location is perfect - close to all the major attractions, but quiet enough to enjoy privacy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for superior service and a memorable experience.     Enjoy the spa, thermal water at very convenient temperature, and not smelling. It softens your skin and cures a lot of diseases. Qualified professional staff for massage, Japanese or conventional, cosmetics. Impressive view to the mountains from lying in the whirlpool or swimming. No outdoor pool, but that is not a lacking point, you will not miss it, as the indoor pool is open to the terrace. Restaurant in-house, but in 10 minutes walking you find traditional restaurants of excellent quality and atmosphere. The rooms or apartments are modern and comfortable, either in the main building or in separate smaller houses of the resort. Dobrinishte is 8km from Bansko centre, has different and more rural character, and nice cablecar for hiking up in the mountains. To be repeated, for sure.

    The hotel has all the amenities that allow you to relax, enjoy fun activities, and rest. Mineral water pools, spa center, fitness room, billiards, bowling alley. The staff is unobtrusively helpful, extremely polite and always available. The food is excellent. Compliments to the chef. The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation. Hygiene is at a high level. Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

    Bansko is great year around.

    Bansko is great year around. Even if one is not a skier it is properly better to visit during the rest of the year. Plenty to do during all of seasons. It is great for single travelers, couples, families and groups. There are a lot of good restaurants, bars, stores, galleries, museums. It is very safe any time of day. It is easy to get around by foot, and except for a few peak weeks during the ski season, it does not feel crowded.

    Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away. Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

    Great view, a bit distant from the big cities but that's the charm of it. Mineral water is a treasure, outdoor fun activities for the kids were much appreciated. Fantastic food, great value for the cost. Locals are super nice, make you feel more than welcome.

    Aspen Golf resort is located a few kilometers above the main road leading to Bansko. There are several smaller markets in the area. Lidl is located in Ralog, 6 km away. from the resort. The resort is located in a very quiet place in nature. Some buildings are not completed because the tourist complex is being built.

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit hard to get there from where we came from, but once there we enjoyed the outdoors - I picked the wrong hotel this time, but last year we had a great stay and will return to the previous location to be sure.

    We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job). We’ve booked also for February.

    My main reason for visiting Dobrinishte was to ride the amazing narrow guage railway from Septemvri. Dobrinishte is the terminus. Out of the skiing season it was quite a sleepy place but with a few restaurants to choose from. Some interesting buildings. I only stayed overnight because I was riding the rails but if I had a car there are several nearby places I would like to visit.

    Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

    A nice little Bulgarian village!

    A nice little Bulgarian village! There are a few good restaurants, especially the Makedonska Kruchma restaurant! If you want to dip into mineral water there is a natural mineral hot spring pool, jacuzzi at the Alpha Spa & Pool center after a long skiing day at Bansko. A quiet and relaxed little place that has a lot of charm.
