The hotel is situated in a wonderful park outside of the town. it overlooks a pair of lakes and the view from the room is hard to beat. My room was spacious and very comfortable. I had a large balcony that I enjoyed a lot. The room was very warm. There is free parking on the premises. The internet was great. Breakfast was made to order - it was very tasty. The staff handed a couple of extra requests of mine with care and expertise.

Our recent stay at the Splendid Pleven was exceptional, as always. We frequently choose Hotel Splendid while traveling, this experience still managed to exceed our expectations. The receptionists and hotel manager were polite and welcoming answering any questions! Both times we stayed in this hotel we arrived at lunchtime and they let us check-in early after I gave them only few hours notice in advance of my arrival time! The hotel boasts an quiet and peaceful location, within easy walking distance of superb restaurant and the picturesque Park Kaylaka. There was no noise in the rooms, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and beds were comfortable so we had a very good night sleep. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated especially the twin room that we stayed the first night. There were fridge, toiletries and towels provided in the room.

Huge room, very clean and close to the city centre. Parking outside on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast for an extra 10lev pp was chosen from a menu. The staff were quick to deal with an issue in the room and upgraded us.
