The quite new hotel is located on a quiet part of Campos, about a 15 minutes walk from the touristy center. The location is very quiet and safe. Our room was large and well equipped as described at Booking. Large bathroom with a strong shower and good quality towels. Very comfortable bed with good quality white bedclothes. It was very clean throughout the hotel. Good lighting The blinds, if lowered, darkened the room perfectly. Beautiful new furniture everywhere in the hotel. Good breakfast served in a nice breakfast room.  Very friendly and helpful staff. Strong WiFi everywhere in the hotel.

    Botanique is a one of a kind experience. The incredible design and ambience of this place is unlike any luxury hotel we have stayed in before. Particular highlights were the spa, and the food - breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are all locally sourced and designed to be a nod to Brazilian cuisine. The tasting menu at Cellar was top notch, creative and better than a lot of haute cuisine for the same price in London. Cocktails are just as excellent. The staff are warm, professional and remember personal touches about your needs. It is clear that the new management is building something very special. Worth every penny!

    Lovely decorated little room (rather like a theatre set) with a fireplace (extra charge for the wood), which was nice because it was rather cold, comfortable bed, with beautiful view of forested mountains from the window (which was rather too small - why not open the whole space? So you can watch the view from lying on the bed? and not only just when you walk over and stand near it...). Tiny bathroom with a shower with good water pressure. Amazing (and expensive) Italian restaurant on the premisses - must eat there. Beautiful charming common areas in a tranquil and gorgeouse surrounding.

    The staff were amazing, friendly, and attentive and went out of their way for you - a particular mention and thanks to Caua for your 10/10 service. The room was comfortable and clean with a modern bathroom. The facilities pool, spa etc were great. The breakfast was wonderful - such a spread and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back to stay in the future!

    Despite being expensive, it is a Brazilian city that is well worth visiting because of the architectural, climatic and cultural contrast with the rest of the country. It has good leisure options, many options for culinaire and at some seasons of the year the cultural options are the highlight. The city is small, so don't expect all the services you would find in a metropolis, but it has more options than would be expected for a Brazilian city of 46k inhabitants.

    Wonderful place near the metropolitan areas of São Paulo, Campinas and São José dos Campos. The mountain landscape is incredible, the weather is very nice, there are trails and treks and lots of activities to be done. Downtown, many excellent restaurants and many shops invite the visitors to walk along the only main street in the town. In the surroundings, places like Plato and Pedra Redonda offers a unique opportunity to see, from a single place, the landscapes of two states: São Paulo and Minas Gerais.

    I haven't visit the city of São Bento do Sapucaí.

    I haven't visit the city of São Bento do Sapucaí. I just stayed on this property for the night and it was very disapointed. The smell inside the room was bad, the Towels very thin and small, poor quality, the bed cloth also the chepeast one, and there was not one soap for us to take a shower. We didn't have a soap with us because the hotel usualy give the amenities . I don't recomend and will not stay there anymore

    Very quiet and beautiful rural landscape, with a tiny downtown with a couple of good restaurants. very good place for hiking, walking, bicycling, horse riding. Ideally associated with romantic hotels and lodges. Less than 2 hours out of São Paulo.

    Been traveling to Campos do Jordão since childhood and I love it clean ir, nature and quietness compared to big cities. Campos is now busier with more food and stay options but is still cozy to visit, has some accessibility built over common public spaces and new attractions near centre and around the town.
