Our room was beautiful, lovely wooden floor and a huge balcony. Chris met us on arrival and checked us in and he couldn't have been more heplful to us. We were having difficultly with our phones and he very kindly contacted the driver who was to pick us up the next day for a day trip , to confirm the pick up time. We met Shanique the following day and she was just as kind and helpful.

    The owners and staff are exceptional. This is a family business, with a least three generations of owners living next door. They seem to be among the rare hosts, who really enjoy what they are doing, and they show it. The staff mostly takes their example from the owners. The rooms are a bit of age, as is the entire complex, but it does have its history, and it does not disturb. It is part of local history. The view across the ocean and the flora around the complex are stunning - a real paradise. It is a bit isolated - the owners can arrange a car for you if you want to get around at a very decent price. Because of its isolated location, there is not a lot of off-site gastronomy, but the in-house cuisine is first class, and the menu changes daily, so no need to venture out for dinner.

    Great location on the Paradise island for this price. The staff was the best! Very safe as you go true security reception to enter. We were offered a cot for our baby which I am thankful. It was wonderful that we had an apartment instead of just one room in a normal hotel as it was nice to use the kitchen and the living room. It's not luxury but got everything we needed and we spend most of the day's outdoor. Also, the little veranda with a table outside was lovely. We've got cleaning service every day. If you want to get downtown there's a shuttle in front of Atlantis ( $5) and best 6 hour tour is on the marina next to the Margarita Ville( Tropical brim sailing adventures). We loved it! Hope that helps 😁

    Got an immediate upgrade from Stephanie when I arrived. Many thanks. Download Kick scooters app as they are available outside the complex. Easy scoot into downtown 45 minites walk.....or Junkanoo Beach 35 minute walk or the Fish Fry20 minute walk at Arawak Cay......

    I like the area I was at.

    I like the area I was at. Very nice place, Friendly people, a lot of fun spots. What I don't like are the prices they show up on my research are not the prices I paid when I got there. Things are very expensive, foods are expensive. A three minutes taxi trip cost $25.00. Some of the taxi have no AC and their car are not clean and some of them just stopped at the gas station rolled down the windows, slammed the door and went to fuel their car without an excuse. One of them lost the direction and he was so mad not even say a word after driving for 20 minutes.

    The location and views were excellent!

    The location and views were excellent! The view from our oceanfront villa was absolutely breathtaking! The villa was clean and accommodating with a well-equipped kitchen area. My family enjoyed the beach and pool area and could always find a beach chair at the pool and on the beach. Staff on the resort was very helpful and always pleasant. I highly recommend Creek Village and looking forward to returning soon!

    Enjoyed the old town, the friendliness and hospitality of...

    Enjoyed the old town, the friendliness and hospitality of the locals. Also visite the pirate museum and took a sunrise walk along cabbage beach on paradise island. Rented a car for one day and explored the island, stopped at several places, the highlight being meeting up with a friend at the Old Fort Bay Club, beautiful beach and facilities. Enjoyed the sunset from Belle Petite Plage.

    The hotel staff and locals were friendly and nice. They always acknowledged visitors even in the streets. Clean island with friendly people. The island tour, Pearl Island getaway and sunset dinner cruise were amazing. I highly recommend those activities. Loved the Junkanoo parade at the Marina Village at the Atlantis Resort.
