Our family celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful place and it was definitely a holiday to remember. The staff were amazing and very flexible. They delayed breakfast until we returned from our safari. They were always looking out for us. The Guesthouse is such a lovely place. Very warm and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Our stay at the POVI Guest House was excellent. Connie is one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. The accommodation was basic but clean, and she went above and beyond to help. You can book activities through the guest house; we booked game drives and river cruises, all of which were excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

Martin (the owner) is a fantastic guy: he managed to create a remonte self sufficient place surrounded by nature. One can see the elephants everyday at the pond. The tents are very comfy and have a direct view on the pond The lodge is ideally located between kasane and Savuti. Cherry on the cake: Martin is always helpfull and has good advices. Thank you Martin for those wonderful 4 days.

We had a wonderful time for our 2 nights in Tent no 1 at Muchenje. From the moment I start to communicate with Hayden... He was so very helpful! Our check in and the staff were very friendly.. The little convenient store was very well stocked !!! More than I expected with good meat and Chicken and fresh Veggies!! And a lot more! The Birdwalk with Stone is not to be missed... He is a wonderful guide.. we saw 50 spesies an 6 lifers!!! Amazing .... The foodplanes were flooded , so we had amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Thank You Muchenje Campsite.... Hope to see you again!!!
