- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,192 reviewsA beautiful lodge in an amazing place. The rooms were comfortable and intimate, though I had booked a room with a view on the lake, but in fact the view was more on the roof of the neighboring lodge. Still, the place is so stunningly beautiful that even the roof contributed to the charm. Strongly recommend the walk around the lake. And also strongly recommend the restaurant, our dinner there was excellent and the service impeccable. So a big thank you to all the staff. PS: If you light up the fireplace in the room, the smoke alarm will go on and a very nice person will knock on your door to ask if all is OK. So may be, open the window to let the smoke out.Guest review bymilviaBelgium

The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. We arrived a little early and our room was ready. Everything in the room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, we haven't slept so well in a long time. We were able to have the sliding door on to the balcony open and just close the screen so the sound of the sea was beautiful.Guest review byNoreenIreland

- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 145 reviewsVery nice apartment hotel near the Coc Beach. We were located in the apartment beat the beach which was a great advantage. Comfortable bed and quite big bathroom and kitchen area. We didn’t use a hot tube as you need a key for it and works only during the reception hours. Generally I looked this place a lot.Guest review byMartaPoland

Vancouver is a beautiful, vibrant city.
Vancouver is a beautiful, vibrant city. We felt safe at all times. The waterfront & Stanley Park were great for walking. We rented a car and drove up to Squamish & Whistler for a day. The mountains are spectacular. The subway is clean and accessible and it is worth taking the ferry over to North Vancouver. The Hop on-hop off bus is another great way to see the city and visit the sites.Guest review byRayCanada - 8.0
So much to see and do.
So much to see and do. Victoria offers a plethora of options and a beautiful backdrop for all. As a group of women we spent time rummaging through an antique and thrift store, visited a trendy market and experienced a “Scottish high tea”. Something for everyone! Always the downside to any large city is the traffic but with some patience and a good navigator traversing the city is very doable…and there are many tour buses that offer the best option.Guest review byMaxineCanada - 10.0

So much to see and do in Whistler and in surrounding areas .Hikes, walks , lakes and marked paths were excellent .Went on a Sea Plane over Mt's and glaciers in Whistler and a trip to Squamish up in Gondala were amazing .Very disappointed the 2 Gondalas in Whistler were closed at the same time , made no scence at all .We ate lunch in different places every day , made our own breakfast and dinner .Very good local bus service .Mt biking was a huge attraction for young and oldGuest review byAnonymous - 8.0
Kamloops isn't the regular stopping point for many.
Kamloops isn't the regular stopping point for many. We made use of the various walks, the Kenna Cartwright park had a fabulous ridge walk. We ate in the Noble Pig, walkable from the accommodation and well worth the visit. Kamloops lake is very popular if you have a boat or like fishing. It is a town of many sports, we even found a "horseshoe" court! Wild deer came into town to eat the overflowing vegetables at the community gardens. A sight to rememberGuest review byAnonymous - 10.0

If you like wine, golf, boating, hiking or chilling all day with spectacular views, Kelowna is the place to be! Crown and thieves winery is one of my favourite spots, amazing wine, great laid back vibe and best views of the lake and KelownaGuest review byAnonymous - 2.0
We had to stay in Golden.
We had to stay in Golden. We had appointment in Radium, were taking others with us that weren't able to go until Sat morning. Golden is not a tourist "mecca" just a means to an end. Ate at the Wolf's Den as was told was one of the better in Golden! Extremely over-priced dog food!Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0
Bed was comfortable.
Bed was comfortable. Had trouble with the tv and they came right away to fix. Service was. Good. The only thing I did not like was the room was carpeted and it was pet friendly. Should have been laminate. I could see some stains.Guest review byShirley TychkowskyCanada - 10.0

This wasn't our first trip to Nanaimo so we did know our way around most of the city and beyond, but it is always a great place to be. We love the well planned Harbour walkways, many events in the parks, the beach trails. Our favourite beach walks are Piper's Lagoon and Neck Point. There are many good music venues, restaurants, scenic drives and walks. We easily found side roads that were basically parallel to the highway to get to and from downtown. Nanaimo has has a LOT to offer any visitor of any age! Can't wait to return!Guest review byTerry & PatCanada - 6.0

Have been to Tofino 3 times now and as a senior I find it to be overpriced and overhyped. If you are young and into the surf scene then Tofino is a must go. Otherwise most of the activities found there (except any unique scenery of course) can be found in less expensive places.Guest review bygarthdarandbuddyCanada
