The hot tub that leads outside was amazing particularly at night in the dark with lights. The kids pool was also excellent ....and well used! The foyer has a lot of games that were used by a lot of families and it is a great spot to sit in front of a lovely fire. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The activities for New Year's Eve were also great fun. It was also lovely being able to have a dog at the hotel and there were a lot of dogs but they were all well behaved and beautiful.

Very clean and well appointed with extras such as linens, toiletteries, laundry supplies, staple kitchen supplies and coffee/tea not usually provided with condo rentals. The underground parking spots are spacious and the parkade is easily accessible via elevators to the units above.
