    There was noone and I spoke to them before I booked. They didn’t send me a door code and there was noone there on the time of the approved check in time. I called them the whole day on the day of travel and they were unreachable so I had to book somewhere else. The property didn’t even react to messages a day later or the day after I also send them to get a doorcode like spoken about on the phone before I booked. Now I have to wait five days for booking.com to look into it and hopefully send my money back. I wished I had booked this via Paypal for buyer protection because this is just bullshit. Luckily the locals were really nice and helped me to get around and book somewhere else.

    The hotel is near to the tram line 10 that comes from Basel, so it is really easy to get there. The hotel is nice and spacious with restaurants and the staff is excellent! Very helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, fresh foods (especially liked the fresh orange juice squeeze machine). The rooms are nice and clean with complimentary water bottle and snacks (apple, peanuts, Haribo). What a wonderful place to stay at for a couple nights!

    I loved the trains r so handy to hotel and it was only two...

    I loved the trains r so handy to hotel and it was only two stops from Pratteln to Basel main train station there was lots of food places in Basel train station and lots of coffee shops outside the train station also a Starbucks outside train station up on the left we went to Joe dispenza retreat so we never had much time to do much but was a lovely city

    The free ride from Hotel to Airport was seamless.

    The free ride from Hotel to Airport was seamless. The hotel provides a free ticked which can be used in the bus and train. Take Bus 50 from Basel Airport which takes you to the train station at Basel. Check the platform number. There is a direct service to Liestal or a train with 3 stops and you get off at the 4th. 5 minutes to hotel Engel. Lots of eating places and people very friendly.

    I ' VE NEVER SEEN THIS HOTEL FROM THE INSIDE, I AM HERE SLEEPING OUSIDE IN MY CAR, THIS #########never open a phone call, Same as booking assistance##-##, I specified that I was arriving late night No one replyed a d took my money, Now at 2.00 am I am sleeping in my car outside this joke place, Money robbed, Booking service it' s a joke, Booking this place may you will sleep.in a car like me and they will even take your money....and zero assistance ,zero messages nothing
