The staff and services were simply awesome! They were very attentive and took care of every request professionally and with care. Daily bottle water and Nespresso capsules refills are wonderful. Free laundry service was very nice. House keeping has done an excellent job daily! Everything works and the location is perfect. Wonderful place to stay! Staff are very nice and helpful! At your service day and night. The lake view from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast was absolutely perfect 👌 Public parking just in front of the hotel with charging station for EV vehicles (you will get 30% discount from the hotel for using the parkings) and BP station just few meters away with a shop which you can buy all your daily needs. Bus stop just in front of the hotel and Train station just 5 mins away and with the hotel guest you can use both free of charge to reach out any point in Geneva! The Woodward service overall is superior from the time you check in until you check out. They are in touch with you on WhatsApp and arranging everything you need, making it very easy to you to request any service, and they are super kind and responsive. So far, it is one of the best experience I’ve ever had during my special occasion.
