- From US$369.90 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 113 reviewsIn the middle of nowhere, there is the paradise on earth. An hotel in the center of a beautiful village surrounded by magnificent mountains. Haven of peace where everything is settled. Very warm welcome. You immediately feel at home here. The staff is very kind. The rooms are beautiful. Mountain style decoration with a little modernism, it's very cozy. The garden with the chairs around the SPA and the swimming pool is beautifully maintained. The restaurant's menus are incredible and you can have one of the dishes as “ à la carte” very appreciating . The food is excellent. This small hotel was a stopover on our trip. A coincidence which makes things good because we will come back 💯. We love this place. So quiet. Very nice hikes with free tickets from the hotel.Guest review bycedricSaint Barthelemy
- From US$467.34 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 422 reviewsThe location is perfect. Right at the bottom of the gondolas. The appartments are good size and clean. Basic equipment in the kitchen but enough. There are a couple of restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and some other shops in the resort which is very useful. Make sure you book a table in any restaurant well in advance, they are pretty busy.Guest review byEwaSwitzerland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,158 reviewsVery nice rooms with fantastic view - super to the details like perfect bedlamps, quality coffee in the room. The staff provided a great service. Having the possibility to play mini golf, table tennis etc. makes it the pefect hotel when travelling with your kids. It was a super place to stay for hiking and great package with the Arosa card.Guest review byStineDenmark
- From US$302.03 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,598 reviewsLocated right next to the lake and a short walk to the train station. We got a room with lake views which was well worth it. Good breakfast. It would have been nice to have control over the room temperature as it was too high. It would also be good to have more signs of where the hotel entrance is as it can be a bit confusing.Guest review byRina DianeNew Zealand
- From US$248.59 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,042 reviewsSpacious rooms, very good breakfast and a nice spa. Everything feels new and clean. They have (paid) underground parking which makes traveling by car much easier. I was there in summer but it is also the perfect location for your winter ski adventure in Flims - the ski lifts are accessible from the same building complex.Guest review byJulia JordanGermany

The personnel is very friendly and we were lucky to be there at a time that they were having a special dinner buffet with meat specialties from the region. Great breakfast as well!Guest review byCarineSwitzerland

Very pleasant town, excellent bus and train services.
Very pleasant town, excellent bus and train services. Very novel that one of the train lines actually runs through the town, next to the cars! Has both narrow and standard gauge railways too. Bus services were frequent and reliable. There are some great restaurants, good bakeries and some nice shops. We used it as a base to travel to other places, and the good train links made that very easy. It's only an hour or so outside of Zurich but a little cheaper for accommodation so that is also a bonus.Guest review byRarebear224United Kingdom - 8.0
Nice to expereience this famous town.
Nice to expereience this famous town. We were there on a very sunny and dry couple of days. Walked around the town, lake and visited museums. Too expensive to shop in any of the clothes shops. Sorry that I did not take cable car to the mountains but again it was very expensive.Guest review byDenisIreland - 10.0

There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at the glacier (Stelvio), which was ok (lots of long lines for the button lifts because of the hundreds of ski club teams). But the nearby QC Terme Bagni Vecchi was amazing. Would like to have stayed longer for hiking and mountain biking. Very nice little town and beautfil surroundings.Guest review byLu KoUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Beautiful countryside and perfect for walking or cycling in the hillsides around the village, plus some really nice restaurants open late into the evening filled with people who all appeared to be having a good time. Also great to be able to do some duty free shopping.Guest review byBruceUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I arrived on the afternoon of a festival where the one-way Promenade was traffic free. With many street food stalls, music and a lot of public. The walk around the lake was enjoyable and also a trip up to Jakobshorn of reduced ticket prices (Fr. 18.- return, make sure that at the top you can get through the turnstile and not pay for the downhill journey like we did. Got a refund at the cash desk at the bottom though) for hotel guests with the tourist card. Also free travel on the the nostalgic train to Filisur and back and on all buses was a bonus. Scenery is splendid, and if you're a train enthusiast, it's the place to be for the Bernina or Glacier Express. Can recommend a bite to eat or just Coffee and Cake at Kaffee Klatsch on the Promenade. Schatzalp is just a funicular away and you'll feel lifted back to the beginning of the last century.Guest review byJeanetteSwitzerland - 8.0
Pontresina is a pretty little town and so much nicer, more...
Pontresina is a pretty little town and so much nicer, more picturesque and less expensive than say, St Moritz, unless you are after the glamour and „status“ that comes with mixing with the jet-setters there. The main reason we have always stayed here though is the central location with easy access to and from anywhere in the Engadine and its attractive side valleys. Come here for nature and outdoor activities, not for shopping or night life 🙂Guest review byAlanSwitzerland - 10.0

Love the facilities for mountain biking and they are only going to get better. Everything is to hand, loads of car parking, supermarket, excellent bike hire facilities, bar near by. Seems great for families (I travelled alone but folk seemed to be having a great time). Safe and secure area.Guest review byyorickUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Bad Ragaz: A Renowned Spa Destination
Bad Ragaz: A Renowned Spa Destination Nestled in the Swiss Alps, Bad Ragaz is famous for its thermal springs and world-class wellness retreats. The town’s Tamina Therme offers beutifully designed thermal baths sourced from the nearby Tamina Gorge, a tradition dating back to the Middle Ages. Beyond its spa culture, Bad Ragaz boasts stunning alpine scenery, a golf course , and a charming village atmosphere.Guest review byMary JoSwitzerland - 10.0

I am totally biased for Arosa is filled with wonderful childhood memories. Now, being slightly handicapped, I still enjoyed it. The air, the calm on the hills, the views, the hikes, the food…. There is something for everyone and every age (says a great-grandma!😂). Take a horse cariage ride! Visit the museum! Visit the bears sanctuary! Walk up the squirrels way and let them and the birds get nuts out of your hands…Guest review byRuth - 10.0
Lenzerheide was beautiful and clean.
Lenzerheide was beautiful and clean. The lake is great for walking around, and the mountains amazing. Take the gondola up to the very top! Everywhere we eat was good. If you are going self service remember that the shops close on a Sunday.Guest review byAnonymous
