- From US$469.75 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,115 reviewsA Perfect Stay Surrounded by Nature and Relaxation We stayed at this hotel to enjoy not only the beautiful natural surroundings but also the amazing spa. We had already visited the spa before, but this time, we decided to stay overnight – and it turned out to be an excellent idea! Unlimited access to the spa was a great bonus, and the tunnel connecting the hotel directly to the wellness area made everything so much easier. No need to worry about changing – bathrobes, towels, and slippers were all provided, allowing for complete relaxation. We especially loved the thermal pools with stunning views, the cozy atmosphere, the attentive staff, and the live music in the bar in the evening. The breakfast was also worth mentioning – delicious and with a great variety of choices. We would definitely love to come back!Guest review byБалаганскаяRussia

The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was also excellent. Offered many options. Getting to the pools was super easy and we had unlimited daily pass so we would go twice a day. The pool area was also amazing. There were so many options and so many things to do. Able to cover all tastes and needs. Also, had dinner in the hotel all night and the restaurant was also excellent. We loved the place and we would also love return soon.Guest review byAnastasiaGreece

The place is fabulous and the interior of the hotel is very butiful. Great nature and beautiful lake surrounding the place. The dinner was great with live, classical music accompanying great food and service. A big surprise was that the same two man orchestra played soft classicalmusic also during breakfast, which was just fantastic. Will gladly come back again, anytime, 10 out of 10:Guest review byRolandSweden
- From US$471 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 425 reviewsThe location is perfect. Right at the bottom of the gondolas. The appartments are good size and clean. Basic equipment in the kitchen but enough. There are a couple of restaurants, bars, a small supermarket and some other shops in the resort which is very useful. Make sure you book a table in any restaurant well in advance, they are pretty busy.Guest review byEwaSwitzerland

A breathtaking town set between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz, surrounded by the majestic peaks of Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. Interlaken is the perfect gateway to Swiss nature—offering turquoise lakes, charming villages, and endless adventures from boat rides to mountain excursions.Guest review byMariwanIraq - 8.0

Unless you are a dedicated hiker we think one and half to two days is enough time to spend there. We had already been up four mountain peaks in Switzerland so we were more interested in the area than going up another peak. Others with difference experience may have a view.Guest review byGarson - 10.0

We stayed for 3-1/2 days mostly hiking in the area in mid-August. Many tourists but manageable. Strongly, strongly suggest buying the Jungfrau Pass so you can access any trains, buses, and cable cars in the entire area. It makes it so easy to get around Grindelwald, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Murren, Wengen, First, and the Eiger. We should have booked a 5 day stay as there were some other hikes and attractions we wanted to take and see. Definitely go to Glacier Canyon and walk it to the end, but take warm clothes as the canyon is quite cool even in August due to the glacial runoff. And for sure visit the base of the Eiger. Suggest you also always get up early and get transport to your destination as late mornings (August) can be very busy and cause long lines.Guest review byParkerUnited States - 10.0

I think Locarno is going to be one of the new tourist hotspots in the next decade. This spot is beautiful. Amazing lakeside retreat on the alps - the views are not comparable to anything I have ever seen. I loved that it was less crowded than most lakeside European cities I have been to - and think this is a great stop if you are in the Como/Milan area. 10/10 recommend for some relaxation, rejuvenation, and a vacation you won't forget.Guest review byDodd - 10.0

After visiting bigger towns, Montreux was a refreshing quieter cousin. Made the most of the Montreux travel pass. Allowing free bus and train travel as far as Vervey. I would suggest when travelling by train further afield to get help from the ticket office, as this will save you money. The free Queen Studio tour is worth a visit, located in the Casino. Boat trips are a must, we did a circular 2.5 hr one and it was worth paying the small amount extra for the first class. Chateaux Chillon is worth a visit, and only a 40 minute stroll back to the town, along the beautiful shore of lake Geneva.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

I only had two short, separate overnighters so tired on arrival. I would have liked more time to explore the old town in daylight and also visit Arosa by train. The cathedral is beautiful and a must see. My sense of direction is poor but google maps made it easy to orientate myself.Guest review byGran-joUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Beautiful village - ideal for photos.
Beautiful village - ideal for photos. Cable cars take you to the top of the mountains where Murren and Gimmelwald can be reached. Many beautiful hikes in and around the town. Hike to the Staubbach and other falls or do base jumping from the cliffs just outside town.Guest review byJohannaSouth Africa - 8.0
St Moritz is a "to-do" once in your life.
St Moritz is a "to-do" once in your life. There are lots of shops, good restaurants and great scenery BUT without skiing and the winter landscape St Moritz is not that special - nice place to visit but over-priced - one day and one-night during summer is sufficient to scratch the visitor's itch. Staying at St Moritz-bad is a bit cheaper whilst still close to everything and an easy walk to the big-name shops and good restaurants. Getting around by local bus (including to-from Bahnhof) is super easy, except the on-bus electronic ticket machines can be difficult. We stayed one-night and one-day and thoroughly enjoyed it.Guest review byAllanAustralia - 10.0

I arrived on the afternoon of a festival where the one-way Promenade was traffic free. With many street food stalls, music and a lot of public. The walk around the lake was enjoyable and also a trip up to Jakobshorn of reduced ticket prices (Fr. 18.- return, make sure that at the top you can get through the turnstile and not pay for the downhill journey like we did. Got a refund at the cash desk at the bottom though) for hotel guests with the tourist card. Also free travel on the the nostalgic train to Filisur and back and on all buses was a bonus. Scenery is splendid, and if you're a train enthusiast, it's the place to be for the Bernina or Glacier Express. Can recommend a bite to eat or just Coffee and Cake at Kaffee Klatsch on the Promenade. Schatzalp is just a funicular away and you'll feel lifted back to the beginning of the last century.Guest review byJeanetteSwitzerland - 10.0

3 Families sent us exchange students years ago, and we are still friends with all of them, so a lot of visiting. Dinner on the lake, afternoon tea at Schloss Schadau, downtown area by the river. plenty of scenic side trips like the funicular up the Neisen and the Thunerseespiele (musical presented in an outdoor theater overlooking the lake) and plenty of other things to se and doGuest review byFahrniUnited States
