We had dinner there once – everything was great as well, but it's best to reserve a table in advance. We had exceptional weather 26 degrees and no clouds, so the Gornergrat is a MUST DO in these conditions. Even paragliding should be considered. The town isn't big, so a good walk around is a great introduction, beware of the electric bikes as you walk down the high street ! Stunning alpine village. Definitely add Zermatt to your list when visiting Switzerland. We could definitely have spent more time enjoying Zermatt and surrounds. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation. Hotel Walliserhof is good value for the area compared to many other hotels. Great option for being affordable if wanting to visit Zermatt. A trains runs between the two cities every 20 minutes which makes travel easy. Not much in Täsch in terms of shopping/restaurants so keep that in mind before leaving Zermatt.Guest review byReesha - 10.0
