The location of the hotel is excellent, the old town is within walking distance, the streets are clean and safe. There is a park right next to the house for visitors with pets, and there are good jogging tracks for fitness enthusiasts. The house has been beautifully renovated both inside and out.The bathroom has very good lighting (this does not happen often), the design of the room is beautifully designed, the towels are large and especially soft. A magnifying mirror and hair dryer get extra points. Every little detail is beautifully designed and well thought out. The hotel team speaks excellent English.

    I had a wonderful stay at Sorell Hotel Zurichberg, the lake view was absolutely breath-taking and the surroundings were so tranquil which really allowed for a relaxing getaway. The staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful albeit the staff at breakfast did seem a little gloomy, perhaps it was the rain that day lol. The rooms were well equipped and so incredibly clean, the cleanliness of this hotel is the best I've seen in over a decade of frequent travel. While the hotel is slightly off the city, we had a car and it was such an easy drive to get there, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was sumptuous, there was a buffet of cheeses, grains, breads and fruit and we also had the option to order hot foods such as eggs and bacon from the wait staff. 20 stars and highly recommend!

    Superb location, lovely staff, stunning views and amazing food. Only way to reach is via a train (last train at 11:05) and a walk up to the top of the mountain, but definitely worth it. Spa included for hotel guests but have yet to use. Temps were a bit warm but when booking I asked for a fan and a good one was provided.

    This stay was disappointing because of room issues. When one arrives after a long overseas flight, I expect and need nice accommodations. This time the Radisson disappointed. Room was small, drapery was drooping, trash in bathroom from previous guest and clean but shabby duvet cover. I would not complain but this room was supposed to have been an upgraded purchase by me then the hotel supposedly upgraded my upgrade. Not an upgrade in any way. Very disappointed.

    It is close to the air port and hence with tram you reach...

    It is close to the air port and hence with tram you reach the airport without any taxi service and you enter the check in area and if you arrive after plane landing , the stop is at the airport and reach the hotel at the second stop called Unterriiet Glattburg

    Clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful! Had a couple of minor issues, but the fantastic breakfast made up for any pitfalls! Would definitely go there again. Good value! It was only a stopover stay for one night, which was all I needed.

    Museums, old town, C&A shop reasonable for students, friendliness of people, excellent service and everyone spoke English and courteous to us. People went way and beyond to help us - 1 patifnrt took us to train station to help facilitate student train pass.

    My wife and I would have loved to enjoy Zurich but we only used the airport for arrival and departure. We rented a car to enjoy Switzerland and I can tell you that the roads were nice and well documented. We also found the airport to be efficient and the staff very friendly.

    Very convenient to visit Zurich (10 mins to the main station by train and trains and 15 mins to Zurich airport by bus/tram). All public means of transport are on-time, reliable, and very often. Shops, restaurants, bakeries - all within a walking distance.

    From outside the Hotel looks a bit run down. But from inside it is just like a 5 star hotel. Neat and clean with a very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to locate it and many nice restaurants at a walking distance .Free Parking is a bonus. It is not airconditioned but offers fan which is of great help
