Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Great thanks to Mr. Johnathan one of the best receptionist I met ever very helpful person. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Liaoje metro station in front of hotel , just 1 minute walk, pedestrian street is there also. all is clean and the room look new. everything is great except one of a lady in reception who cannot speak cantonese, she is not friendly and don't care about what customer say. cleaning staff very cute and polite to us. Too much reliance on MEAT. - Cigarette smoking everywhere rather than now in international standards, designated places. - More restaurants need to offer vegetarian food. - People generally were helpful, friendly and cheerful. - Getting around by metro was easy and convenient - More tourist attractions needed.

    It is all that we can expect of a modern city.

    It is all that we can expect of a modern city. Well designed, clean, efficient and langham staff are extraordinary. Just watch out for the bad potatoes..a dishonest taxi driver that fetched us from shekou ferry terminal.

    Been first time in Shenzhen and not able to speak Chinese...

    Been first time in Shenzhen and not able to speak Chinese was interesting. People were helpful, polite and patient. I was told there were all sorts of hurdles. No internet, needs VPN , no WhatsApp blah blah blah. I bought an esim from Agoda which was cheap as chips which worked brilliantly. WhatsApp worked as normal. I installed Alipay with a credit card that doesn't charge international fees before travelling. Alipay pays for everything. Brilliant. It had Didi for transport. Brillant. I had WeChat installed but not able to read Chinese it was not completely helpful unless I ask the restaurant staff to help. I installed Amap which is to replace Google map and it was very accurate. So an esim from Agoda/Alipay/Amap/WeChat is all you need. Oh Google translation was mighty helpful for menus etc Enjoy.
