Every single staff member was incredibly professional, friendly and attentive. We’ve been to world class hotels around the world but the hospitality here was a notch above the rest. Special shout out to Zina who attended to us at Calypso and Grill Room (sister hotel Amathus restaurants). Beyond her exceeding professionalism is a genuine warmth and caring for guests. Her passion for ensuring our comfort and her attentiveness go beyond any industry standard. Zina truly made our stay more memorable and we are grateful for her incredible service. Additionally, Nina at breakfast, along with the whole team, really went above and beyond the call of duty. From arriving and parking the car up, the reception and check in was all so nice and relaxing the staff are very friendly and polite . The room was perfect size and very clean , the view from the room was fantastic . And the restaurant for breakfast was amazing too much choice to choose from .

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed – from a comfortable bed and fresh linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Amenities worked perfectly I appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.     We live outside Limassol and needed accommodation when our village was evacuated because of forest fire. We find Limassol a lovely place to live, with everything you need from beaches to the marina with its shops and restaurants.

    Platres is one of my favourite mountain villages in Cyprus.

    Platres is one of my favourite mountain villages in Cyprus. it has a lovely vibe and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. I recommend Pendeli Hotel for a luxurious stay or forest park if looking for a very budget friendly stay. Petit Palais is one of the oldest hotels in the square and is loved by locals and tourists. EnPlatron is one of my favourite Taverns offering great traditional dishes and live music on weekends. Kaledonia Tavern is also a favourite local tavern so make sure to give it a try Cleopatra Bistro is a favourite for modern dining and deserts and beverages. Beautiful and modern decor if looking for yummy fast food try I Sitzia Tou Mavrou for a delicious Gyros

    The beach is excellent for those of us who enjoy proper swimming in the sea. It would be less suitable for those with children who want shallow water and sand. The beach is pebbly. There is no music or entertainment, except for the restaurants, which suited us perfectly.

    So amazing to still be able to find genuinely authentic remote villages without them being so commercialised. I felt like I had travelled to a completely different world. With the cobbled streets and blue doors and the church bell ringing and distant songs being sung by locals in cafes.

    We love Omodos as a stay over place ie one night. The village is beautiful with a lot of history. In my opinion it’s one of the nicest villages in Cyprus. Full of history too with a small free museum that is extremely interesting. The village is small so you can walk around it in a very short time and it’s so beautiful you really should walk around. For night life, most restaurants and the bakers close around 6.30pm ish. There are a couple of places that open til midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However I really think this is a gem not to be missed.

    Agros village is a perfect place to escape from busy city life for a couple of days and to enjoy the tranquility of traditional village lifestyle, walk the narrow streets, with beautiful , authentic architecture, meet locals, try local food and of course to recharge yourself with nature and mountain sceneries. Agros is very, very clean and the water is super tasty)

    Potamitissa itself doesn’t have things to do.

    Potamitissa itself doesn’t have things to do. However, villages such as Pelendri, Agros, Kyperounta are near by and have plenty of things to do. Do visit the taiakkas winery near pelendri for a nice immersive experience. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Symposio Taverna in pelendri.
