Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and communicated well with regards to a possible late check in from my end. Room was basic but nice. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Decent WiFi ~100mbs Lovosice is very pretty and walking around the town in the evening was very relaxing. Very nice breakfast

Our room, a superior twin, was very well equipped, comfortable, excellent shower facilities and the view onto the square was really lovely. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very concerned to make sure that my sister had gluten-free bread. Everything was extremely clean.

Everything was great - food, room, spa The young girl at the reception was unfriendly and indifferent, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our car battery died, and we asked her if she knew any repair services or if she could help in any way. She indifferently replied that there are many services in the city and that we should use Google Maps. The problem is that many people don't speak English, and it was very difficult to find help.

We stayed there only 1 night, but liked the room we got and the restaurant. We got great dinner and breakfast, the room was clean and convenient.

It seemed like being in a local meeting place with really active fitness center and fantastic restaurant (really tasty local beer and excellent cuisine). We really enjoyed the stay and will recommend it for others as well.
