My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is wonderfully tranquil, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The moment we stepped into our room, we were impressed by the space and the beautiful, warm wood interiors that gave it a cozy, charming feel. Everything was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was an absolute highlight. The selection was fantastic, with a variety of fresh, high-quality options to start the day. Even better was the convenience of the neighboring restaurant, which served some of the most authentic and delicious Czech cuisine I’ve ever had. I was looking for somewhere to stay for an overnight, near the Slovak border. This hotel fitted the bill nicely, and I was very happy with it. It's in some old building - not sure what - which has been sympathetically and really well redone. There's lots of wood and glass inside, which makes it very pleasant. I stayed in a single room, which was huge, with amazing storage space, a large bathroom, and a comfortable bed. It's quiet, despite being close to the main road through Velké Pavlovice. The restaurant has good food and, not surprisingly for the area, excellent wine for very good prices.

    We were 2+2 in a double room which meant that the sitting area (sofa) was transformed into a bed. There was enough space in the closets for all our stuff for a 6 day stay. There was a very nice playground right next to the building, and we put a blanket (brought from home) on the grass to sit on and keep an eye on the kids. The whole garden is just amazing, both for playing and relax, and we even saw beavers in the little river behind the fence. Decent breakfast in the morning, and selection of local wines for delight in the afternoon. We really appreciated the little summerhouse in the garden where we could spend evenings protected from wind and mosquitos. If you have an eye for nature, you will see plenty of birds right from the backyard, including woodpeckers and golden orioles. The restaurant next door was run by a different owner and open till afternoon on weekdays, but there were anyway plenty of options to eat out in the town.

    An absolutely fantastic place! We had an apartment with our own private outdoor hot tub, separated from the rest of the complex, so we could practically walk around naked. The apartment itself was very comfortable, with well equipped kitchen annex and outside dining area. We loved the idea of basket breakfasts, which allowed us to eat whenever and wherever we wanted. Oh, and the wine cellar with individual fully stocked wine coolers for each room: what a splendid idea! The manager is an absolutely friendly and helpful person, he drove us around the village showing all the points of interest, and reserved for us a wine tasting session at the local winery (highly recommendable!). We made a new reservation for next year before we even left the place, what better recommendation do you need?

    Mikulov is a lovely little town close to Austrian border. It is famous for its vineyards and wine tasting facilities. You should definitely walk up to the Mikulov castle and Sv Kopecek hill. This is a must see! We ate in O’Hara restaurant which is greatly recommended.

    Very nice and clean small city, Moravia is a wine oriented region and during summer season it is full of people , and there is a great bicycle infrastrcture so, wines, bicycle, friends and czech people - cant get any better :)

    Lednice is an easy place to get to.

    Lednice is an easy place to get to. Hey have great accommodations throughout the city. So many things to see and do as within the area. We loved venturing out on our adventures to see other parts of the country. It is very a beautiful area! People are very accommodating and helpful. I would love to go back another time to take in more of the sights.

    Zlín as a city is good to visit. I recommend going to Baťa's Skyscraper (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ba%C5%A5a%27s_Skyscraper). There is also an excellent confectionery Dino (https://cukrarna-dino.cz/?utm_source=mapy.cz&utm_medium=ppd&utm_campaign=firmy.cz-997415).

    Luhačovice is the most popular spa in Eastern Moravia.

    Luhačovice is the most popular spa in Eastern Moravia. There are several healing springs around the spa colonnade, spa hotels and hiking trails leading through beautiful nature. In the summer, you can take a swim or take a pedalo or boat ride on the local large water reservoir. For lunch, we recommend hamburgers at Snack bar Victoria. You can enjoy a pleasant dinner in the Divadelní restaurant, where you will also find a nice children's corner.

    Nice small town, Nothing special in it but it is close to Lednice Castle. So thats why is good location if you are intrested for visit to Castle Lednice which is one of most beatiful castles with also wonderful gardens.

    This place has wonderful personal. Interested in people’s needs. They have nice and secure parking lot behind a fence. We stayed with a dog there and it was not a problem. They actually have a nice and big garden where our dog could play. It’s also suitable for families with children as they have playground equipment and a big trampoline. I did not like that there is no TV in the room. Only one for everyone in the kitchen. In other hotels it’s kind of regular room equipment. Also just small towels, no a big towel.

    One of my favourite places in Czech Republic. Amazing south-moravian microclimate, nice walks along tourist trails (also cycling routes), local wine and beer. There’s even a vegan restaurant – a rare find in smaller cities.

    Valtice are called the "hearth of czech winemaking" and I cannot more than agree. So many options what to do, from walking in the vineyards, enjoying historical sites, cycling, great food and wine in the local cellars or visiting neighbouring villages - there is always thing to do.
