There are a lot of things we like about this hotel: - It’s pet friendly. They provide bed, bowls and even a treat for your dog. - The rooms are huge, well designed and clean. We especially love how the bathrooms are designed. - The maxi bar is great to get coffee, tea or other beverages/snacks. It’s especially useful if you travel with a baby, like we do, because in it you’ll find a microwave and cutlery too. Fresh water is also always available. - It’s very convenient to have both the restaurant and the shop just outside the hotel. Both sell excellent products. - If you travel with kids, they have an outdoor playground. - The location is very convenient, less than 10 minutes from the highway, which makes it a great hotel for a one night stop en route. - We did not try breakfast since we left very early in the morning, but they provide a breakfast to go if you ask for it the day before.

Travelled with two children and felt so welcome and comfortable at Hotel Anna in Badenweiler. We had a large room with a spacious double bed, and the room had ample space for the extra bed we requested. Very well outfitted with hair-dryer, swimming towels and gowns, umbrella etc. A lot of thoughtful touches, which communicate generous hospitality and care for the guests. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the sights and restaurants in the town centre. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, including the reception staff, those in the restaurant and the housekeepers. And we loved the pool, and the beautiful view from it!

    Wonderful German town, at the border of France and Switzerland. We could find most everything we needed nearby. Most people were friendly. Dinner at Paparazzi was good. Tram stop across the street was great for direct access to Basel. Ticket machine was right there as well

    small town, lovely pedestrianised centre really need a car to travel, but we managed with bus, tram and train which are free if stay in Lorrach beautiful countryside surrounding town and a great shopping centre

    A small town known for its thermal springs (Vita Classica baths and thermal clinics). Located not far from Freiburg and having good public transport connections, it allows visitng the area which is reach in sights and attractions, including beautiful nature for hiking. Perfect for a stay over a weekend or for a longer stay for thermal treatment.

    Feldberg is a beautiful town and when there is snow, it most definately would be a nice ski-resort. However, we forgot to order the snow 😉. Better luck next time 😊 However Titisee and Schluchsee a nearby if you want to make an excursion. Even so, we enjoyed our stay in Feldberg.

    We loved walking along and swimming in the Rhine river. We also loved the wooden bridge, which is said to be the longest in Europe. Close to the bridge there are attractive gardens and a chateaux. There is a beautiful baroque church in the old town nearby.

    It's a lovely small Spa town with a long history back to the Roman times, very quiet and peaceful - no wonder that some famous politicians and artists like the Nehru family, S. Aleichem or A. Chekchov stayed here to find cure for their health problems. Besides a visit to the Cassiopeia Therme I also would recommend to spend some time in the Museum for Literatur ("Tschechow-Salon") which is right next to the Therme. It provides an overview of poets and writers who stayed in Badenweiler.

    It’s a small resort town know for its thermal baths (love those!). This vacation rental is up the hill in some fields, so a car is needed. It’s quiet and has a lovely balcony where you can have your meals if the weather allows. The downtown has a grocery store, a drug store, some nice restaurants (we love the Sonnenstück) and more.

    Nice little town. Easy access from motorway. Good selection of places to eat and drink,plus supermarkets for picnic things. Lots of other cute historic villages and towns in the area to explore too. Plenty of lovely architecture, wineries, eateries... Biking and hiking very popular around here. Staying in our hotel meant we got a free travel pass for the area. All buses,trains,trams etc. Unthinkable in the UK. If you're a Christian, or interested in exploring the Christian faith, I recommend Seinhaus church. Lively contemporary worship and preaching style, along with a translation service if you don't speak German. Enjoy Müllheim (don't confuse it with the single L version that is in a completely different part of Germany...!). We hope to come back.

    Nice hotel for a short stay and conveniently located close to Basel. The comfort and cleanliness were excellent for the price. Breakfast was amazing—delicious and filling enough to last until the next meal. Room service was done daily, with fresh towels provided. However, only one of the three elevators was working during our stay, which caused long waits, especially around breakfast time.

    The best thing about Lörrach is that it is near the Fondation Beyeler and Basel but with less expensive lodging and restaurants. The Greek restaurant next to our hotel was fantastic! We ate there twice but there were several other restaurants nearby.
