Neustrelitz is a Beautiful picturesque Sommer Location.
Neustrelitz is a Beautiful picturesque Sommer Location. But in winter months it is not so accommodating for western travelers. Bars , restaurants and hotel services close around 21.00 even on weekends. But the restaurant qualities are superb, the small Teirpark is beautiful for families with kids young and old . Walking with the Monkeys is great fun. The entire area is a Part of the Müritz National Park nature reserve . Müritz is the largest of several Natural Lakes throughout the reserve. For Brits such as I who loves Boats and fishing with a Cornwall like feeling but without the candyfloss and fish and chips, Waren (Müritz) is a must see . Röbel is nice, old-fashioned town, time has stopped there. People don't hurry, they are friendly. You can buy Jägermeister from petroli station, but you can't pay ice cream by credit card. Unfortunately only few speaks english. Good place to practice Herman skills.Guest review byHeliFinland
