Beautiful location down a quaint alleyway and right on the beach. So clean! Big breakfast buffet brought to your room when you want it there. Would definitely stay again. Best place on island! Lovely staff.

I love this hotel! Literally right on the sand in front of a beautiful beach! Nice staff. They walk you to a small restaurant around the corner every morning for breakfast. Hotel is also close to wonderful Pan & Vino where you can get yummy breakfasts, sandwiches, drinks & desserts.

Great customer service, in the heart of Isabella. We forgot our phone while on the ferry to St Cruz, and they drove down to the water taxi and brought the phone, this is what you can expect from them. Great people, nice property, beautiful island.

The communication and service was excellent, I got a lot of tips on what to do in Isabela. The room was comfortable with a hot shower and located centrally. Free water available to refill your bottle and a good kitchen.

Location was great, rooms were very comfortable, and I slept great. I appreciated the access to cold drinking water and being able to fill up my bottle. Breakfast was good and they made a nice to go breakfast on the early morning we departed by ferry. I’d definitely return.

it’s very clean, good ocean view. compared to similar hotels in Galapagos, it felt very modern , upgraded, great water pressure and it came with a room secret box. It is close to everything around town. Diana was great and helped us organize all of our day tours so we didn’t have to worry about it. It had great complimentary breakfast.
