The Entertainment team - wow Elena, Francisco, Remy and Tiger. What a great crewe and so lovely. Mahmoud the sandwich maker at breakfast was a gem, such a lovely guy and amazing toasted sandwiches. Yanya was a great waiter, always had a smile on his face. Thank you! The buildings are beautiful and stylish. The snorkeling in the bay is stunning.

NetherlandsWe would like to give a special thanks to Mostafa, Ahmed, and Abdallah from the pool team, Mina, the bartender at the splash pool bar, and Mr. Ghaly, the manager. They were there for us every day and truly made our stay unforgettable. Thanks to them, our family of eight had an amazing holiday. The service was excellent (10/10) – the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
Mina, the bartender, deserves a special mention as well. He made delicious cocktails and always greeted us with a smile, which made our time at the splash pool bar even more enjoyable.
The housekeeping team also stood out. Every day they surprised us with creative towel art, and the rooms were always spotless. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that our stay was comfortable and pleasant.
We also really enjoyed the animation team. The activities were well-organized, and the animators were friendly and fun, making every day entertaining for all ages.
Although officially a 4-star hotel, it truly deserves 5 stars. The service exceeded all expectations. The food was diverse and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to have free access to all seven à la carte restaurants, which were all excellent. The hotel is connected to the neighboring Le Jardin hotel, where guests can also enjoy the facilities. The aqua park slides were fantastic and fun for all ages, even adults.
A minor point of improvement could be the bathrooms, as they are a little dated. However, compared to the outstanding service and overall experience, this was hardly an issue for us.
We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.

United KingdomWe had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze.
Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests.
The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room.
The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas!
The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety.
One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend.
Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby.
What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

PortugalI recently stayed at the Serry Beach Resort in Hurghada with 2 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and modern luxury of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained, like beach volleyball, pottering, hand reading, speed boat rides, and a fantastic spa to unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing rooftop, where we enjoyed breathtaking views while relaxing with a shisha.
A special shout-out to the hotel manager, Amir Nagy, who was an exceptional host and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our stay. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly elevated our experience.
We also want to give a huge thank you to Mohamed Ali from the Nur Bar for making the best margaritas we’ve ever had! His drinks were incredible and definitely added to the fun of our trip. And Mohamed from the ‘Dar’ Bar always greeted us with a smile and top-notch service, making every visit a pleasure.
It was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and fun-filled stay in Hurghada, we highly recommend Serry Beach Resort!

Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off. The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Some places offer excellent takeaway food. There is a public beach a little further away (a short walk across a small desert area) with exceptional underwater flora and fauna. Bring shoes for walking in the water. Please stay above or near the coral (personally, I didn't know there were risks to swimming too far from the reefs, namely sharks. But I didn't see any. On the other hand, there were some exceptional fish! Port Ghalib is a tourist spot but much, much quieter than Hurghada. If someone tries to sell you something, just say ‘La, chokram’ with a smile and everything will be fine. Don't forget to tip a little, as Egyptians earn very little (around €400 per month for a family of four). For activities, I recommend Royal Sea Tours (royalsea-tours.com), who are really great. I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena.
