United KingdomWe had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze.
Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests.
The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room.
The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas!
The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety.
One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend.
Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby.
What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

SpainWe loved our experience in this beautiful hotel. Everything is made for you to be relaxed. The location, the architecture, decoration, even the way the light is perceived makes you feel at ease. The food was incredible, the best food we had in Egypt by far. They even made their own bread, which was amazing. The service and the facilities are even better than in the pictures: the restaurant offers amazing views to the sea and they even have a library where you can borrow books and relax. Moreover, the hotel is right next to a coral reef that remains untouched and full of live. The hotel can provide you with masks and fins for snorkeling. The people working at the hotel are super nice and will make you feel at home. I would highly recommend to stay at Wadi Sabarah if you are looking to disconnect and relax in the dead sea.

The All positive reviews of this hotel are absolutely correct, this is a great place to stay, we highly recommend. Few points to mention: 1. Friendliness of the staff. This has exceeded our expectations. Whatever issue we had, it was immediately resolved with no hassle. The personnel is extremely polite at all levels - from a porter to reception manager. We have never seen anyone with a grumpy or annoyed look during our stay. This is impressive as it shows that hospitality is not just a buzzword for the management but a key value. Our children were also surrounded by smiles and care. 2. Facilities. there is everything for a family stay, a great aquapark with around 15 slides, several swimming pools, 7 restaurants, a beach, a gym (surprisingly well-equipped). Everything is also conveniently located so you don't need to walk too long (important with the young kids). 3. Food. Fresh, varied, tasty - there is something to everyone's taste. We did not even have time to visit all a-la carte restaurants. The ones we visited served tasty food (ok, obviously it's not the same Italian as in Italy in the Italian restaurant but it's good enough). Do visit the Bedouin restaurant though, the food there completely blew us away, it was one of the best cooked grilled meat that I have ever eaten in my life. Service at all restaurants is quick and efficient 4. The beach. A lovely sandy beach, very clean and well-kept (you can literally eat that sand, there is no dirt or garbage there). Shallow entrance to the water which is ideal for young children. There are 2-3 small coral reefs at the beach but of course to do some serious snorkelling you need to go somewhere else (we did not so can't comment on that). There were always enough sunbeds on the beach, you don't need to do a mad rush before breakfast to reserve spots, we never had any issues regardless of when we arrived there.Guest review byMariaBelgium

Manager Mr. Tariq impressively goes extra miles to accommodate and care for your needs and he seems to be everywhere on the premises! Mr. Mohamed from the front desk is professional, dedicated and competent with a hilarious sense of humor. Staff in general were amazing; very friendly and smiling all the time. Food was nice with excellent varieties. We specially liked the indoor heated pool as we were unlucky weather-wise (too cold water for outdoor pools, aquapark and beach for the kids). The heated pool saved our holiday. Still, the hotel includes an impressive variety of outdoor pools as well as a game room. Hotel offers around the clock free Golf car rides to the nearby beach which i found excellent, specially for elderly and those who are unable to walk (P.S: beach is not that far: 5-10min walk) We visited during the Eid holiday and we were greeted with Eid cookies in our spacious, clean rooms, also they had a nightly lovely program for kids, not sure if this goes all year long, but it was very entertaining for the kids. Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off. The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. Some places offer excellent takeaway food. There is a public beach a little further away (a short walk across a small desert area) with exceptional underwater flora and fauna. Bring shoes for walking in the water. Please stay above or near the coral (personally, I didn't know there were risks to swimming too far from the reefs, namely sharks. But I didn't see any. On the other hand, there were some exceptional fish! Port Ghalib is a tourist spot but much, much quieter than Hurghada. If someone tries to sell you something, just say ‘La, chokram’ with a smile and everything will be fine. Don't forget to tip a little, as Egyptians earn very little (around €400 per month for a family of four). For activities, I recommend Royal Sea Tours (royalsea-tours.com), who are really great. Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena.
