We spent one night at Baron Hotel and had an incredible experience. Maria, the guest relations supervisor reached out to me ahead of our check in when realizing it’s my husband’s birthday. She kindly arranged a delicious cake with his name on it as well as beautiful decorations in the room with flowers and balloons, creating a most romantic and festive vibe. Maria, always with a smile on her face, made sure our stay was one of the highlights of our stay in Egypt, she even offered us a later checkout which we would have gladly accepted if we were not in a hurry that day. On top of that, the breakfast buffet had lots of options to choose from and the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. My husband is a culinary chef and was overall impressed with the quality of products and services offered at the Baron Hotel. The room was spotless clean and the hotel smelled like Christmas throughout. It might be a 4-star hotel but Maria and the team surely provided a 5-star experience. Our stay couldn’t have been any better with thanks to the incredible hospitality of the entire team, we will for sure be back!❤️
